Well I guess this is a big "signee" for Auburn. Former big time Gator RB commit Mike Blakeley has left Florida after just one semester and is now enrolled at Auburn. He'll have to sit out in 2011 but will be a nice addition at RB in 2012. Bizarre situation but happy to have him.

Wow I'm surprised he was granted a release to transfer to another school in the SEC

Ya, it was...everything I read said he cited the wx, the palm trees, etc as why he wanted out, but the truth was he saw the writing on the wall and he wasn't going to get PT this year. Does he really think he's going to get it with McCaleb/Dwyer at Auburn?
