Ridiculous ejection. The irony should not be lost that on the very next play, the RB lowered his head and plowed forward. If we're (allegedly) protecting the defender from causing himself an injury leading with his head, the RB needs to be thrown out for his own protection too.

Again, targeting is a great idea, fails in practice, though. It needs to be reworked.
