Again, just make the best game possible on each platform.

you STILL can only display on your TV as many textures as will fit in SYSTEM RAM at any given moment and the 360 has slightly MORE not less; regardless how much is crammed on the disc. (think of it as only having 11 players on the field even though there are 60 on the bench on one team and 90 on the bench on the other)

system RAM holds back games FAR more than the DVD disk space which has almost NOTHING to do with game quality except in no-nothing fanboys heads.

And this is coming from a guy who has both consoles yet refuses to buy games for the 360 simply because I don't trust it (burned by the ring of death too many times and I like the PS3 controller better).
As I said before, the same amount of effort goes into supporting both consoles.

Ea may not be able to answer that one...

As with most games this generation we see that the Video chip and eDRam on the 360 offer a better solution for anti-aliasing. most MP games have 2 or 4xAA on the 360 (smoother) and only 2x or QAA (blurry) or no AA at all (jaggies) on Ps3 for the same game. It's a limitation of the PS3 not the Game itself. the handful of PS3 games that do offer 4xAA are cutting corners (and hiding it) somewhere else.

HERE is a description of the issue and a list of some games and how they compare

Then why is it that the PS3 version seems to lack in graphics??? My 360 broke last year right after the '09 demo came and out and I got a PS3, was disappointed in the clear difference in the graphics.

Probably because the ps3 so powerful, the coding cannot handle to be so close to its glory. At least based on what the ps3 only guys in the thread seem to think.

Someone posted a comment by Ian earlier in the thread that described why that could be the case.

PS3 has slightly less memory available in game than 360. Though both ship with the same amount of memory (512 MB), the XMB eats up a little bit more than the 360 blade stuff. Since all PS3's are also guaranteed to have a hard drive (unlike 360), we stream the replay data straight to the PS3 hard drive as the play is being run instead of streaming it to memory (like we do on 360). Unfortunately, writing 60 frames per second to the hard drive in realtime is a performance hit and will end up causing hitching and gameplay framerate loss, so sometimes we have to skip a frame or two (depending on what is happening on screen and how long the replay is) to ensure we don't screw up the normal gameplay experience. Since the replay buffer on the hard drive now has less frames, it has less fidelity when you play it back.

As hard as they've tried to make Madden better, it still doesn't appear as if it can touch The Show. Amazing considering Madden's in it's "10" cycle, and The Show is still "09".

I honestly don't believe 1 gig of ram is necessary for an epic game. The PS3 and 360 have produced epic games, PS3 more so, but that's just my opinion. I'm not a tech expert or anything close, but from what I've seen, the Ps3 is the more capable system. Someone just needs to try developing on it.
You sleep with your PS3 dont you. Grow up already.

HERE is the list of Face-offs also describing how the 360 and PS3 stack up in head to head games.

Spoiler

this is not an NCAA or EA problem
