This all looks really cool. I'm confused by how the violation thing is decided though. How do you do the "roll" that you're talking about?

I'm using an excel function =RANDBETWEEN(0,100) which picks a random # 0-100 for me. Anytime I make a change on the sheet it'll re-roll the whole thing.

Dude, I love your conference setup and your violations system. I will be shamelessly stealing this and using it for my own dynasty.

I did change a bit on how the teams are rated and sorted. I think our regions are split up slightly different, and I incorporated 4 rankings from the end of last season and 4 rankings going into this season. Then I averaged those rankings to get the overall ranking for each team. This punishes teams like Kansas (ironic, I know) that had a terrible year last year and are still rated decently in this year's game. It also rewards teams that had a great year last year and were still rated low by EA.
