I used to get annoyed with this issue myself, then EA threw me a bone.

By using the gift feature, you can create a new psn/ea id, friends request your other screen name, and gift it.

I have one screen name that's a level 57, and I have all the "career mode perks" (scout being sent out, finacial takeover, etc.) I also have 3 screen names. I gift the scout and finacial take over to a different screen name whenever I feel like starting a new CM.

I create the first save as "start," accept the gifts, buy 2 5star youth scouts, send them out, and then save on the 31st.

Then I go to the 1st and the scout has my player. If the player is a position I dont want, I simply exit the CM, and pull up the save.

Once I find the player I want, I save under a new name and keep the old one. I can then go back and redo a CM, with the perks.
