When does the next roster update come out?

How do you edit prospects on here? They show up on franchise but I can't find them on any team(juniors or AHL) to edit?

those players still dont have their PHPA paper work done, they will get put back into the game when they get their papers signed.

Is that something that should get done before the end of december? End of season? Next year?
