No its about blocking. Some are in favour of.making other defensive tools more reliable, some are in favour of making blocking less reliable.

A pressure fighter is like a bully ... Especially one with good striking stamina . Once you back pedal and they see that you defence is controlled by their attacking patterns they will pour it on.

It's hard going up against these arcade maniacs . I have a friend who plays UFC 3 the same way he does FIFA ...ping pong ...ping pong boom boom . Because the game allows it without taking his stamina ( before he finishes me ) if I don't punish him for it.


In FIFA speed and going forward beats every other stat . Just look at the mess with timed finesse shots mechanic. I digress .

But just keep at it....everybody has a pattern . These pressure guys have something that can be countered. You just have to time it right.

I'm still learning but the gap between me and him it's closing .

Leg kicks are one of the best ways of combating pressure. But don't think just throwing leg kicks is going to work.

If they adapt and start blocking low, you adapt too and start throwing high.

Leg kicks are also one of the best strikes for a pressure fighter, it limits movement, sets up high kicks, gives you a grapple advantage etc. Leg kicks are just a good thung to throw in general tbh.
