UCF gets 10th Win of the Season over Memphis

Rob Calabrese threw for 203 Yards and a TD Against Memphis

After two straight Wins, the 9-2 (5-2) UCF Knights where looking hot and wanted that long awaited 10th Win. Memphis, on the other hand, was struggling and just looking for a Win to get closer to .500, it all started out with UCF scoring 2 TD's to end the First Quarter with a 14-0 lead over Memphis. It wouldn't get much better for Memphis as UCF would outscore them 9-3 in the Second Quarter to end the First Half with a 23-3 lead over Memphis. After getting a demanding lead, UCF just tried to keep the lead as they where outscored 16-13 by Memphis in the Second Half to end the Game with a 36-19 Win over Memphis to finally get their 10th Win of the Season. Memphis, however, falls to 4-8 on the season and their Bowl chances are ruined.

Re: The Coaching Legacy of Aaron Wheeler (NCAA Football 11)

Okay so basically nothing happened during Week 14 and 15, I had a bye. And none of the teams in my conference played so I'm not going to bother to post a Top 25 or anything for those Bye weeks.

Re: The Coaching Legacy of Aaron Wheeler (NCAA Football 11)

Orlando, Florida- It's been reported today that the UCF Knights, after dominating the C-USA Conference, are going to face the Houston Cougars for the C-USA Conference Championship. The game will take place in Houston, Texas. The game will be played on December 23, 2010. UCF comes into this game with a 10-2 (6-2) record while Houston comes into the game on a 3 game losing streak and a record of 9-3 (6-2), both teams where at one point ranked this season. Houston being ranked all the way up to #6 before it collapsed and lost 3 straight games, UCF was ranked #25 for a week.

The winner of this game will most likely play in the Liberty Bowl while the loser will play in either the Hawaii Bowl or the GMAC Bowl. The two teams faced off earlier this season, the result was a 38-10 blowout in which Houston embarrassed UCF. "I've been hoping that we would make the C-USA Conference Championship all year, and the best part about it is we have a chance for revenge against Houston who beat us earlier this year." Said UCF Head Coach Aaron Wheeler.

This time Case Keenum, the Quarterback of the Houston Cougars, is injured. Cotton Turner will be playing if for Case Keenum, "Even if it is Cotton Turner, I still think we gotta work on our pass defense. Cotton Turner is a GREAT back up Quarterback so we're going to have our hands full." Wheeler later said. Cotton Turner has been lighting teams up, he's been doing almost as good as Case Keenum was, Case Keenum definitely will be missed though.
