Game Notes
UTSA head to Moscow with no hope of winning the WAC championship, but the can still get bowl eligible if the win out. UTSA has had a season one would expect for a first season in the big leagues and if they can find a way to get into a bowl the season would be a major success for them. Idaho is coming off a tough loss to BYU, but they are right in the heat of things for the WAC crown. Both teams really need this win for very different reason, but with Idahos recent success and UTSA's poor conference play, Idaho is going to be favored.

Idaho 31 UTSA 17

M. Manaea(#29) jumps in front of an option pitch and takes it the other way for a touchdown. Idaho's defense continued forcing turnovers and was a big reason why Idaho won this game.

M. LaGrone(#80) jumps up to catch a six yard touchdown pass half way through the second quarter, putting Idaho up 6-14.

M. Posey(#85) catches a short three yard pass for a touchdown with 0:38 left in the second quarter, giving Idaho a 6-21 lead going into half time. Posey has developed into a go to receiver in the last couple games.

M. Posey(#85) makes a great catch then gains some YAC on his way to a 25 yard touchdown in the third quarter, putting th Vandals up 6-28. This was Blackmon's final touchdown of a stellar game, he only threw for 157 yards but had three touchdowns.

E. Holmes(#12) beats the Idaho coverage for a 33 yard touchdown in garbage time, a two point conversion closed the Idaho lead to 14-33.

Game Notes
This game is for all the marbles, the two WAC leaders face off in Logan, Utah as Idaho and Utah State square off. Utah State has swept all conference opponents thus far, with a 5-0 record, and in a dominating fashion. Utah State is already bowl eligible at 8-3, but needs this win for a 2012 conference title. However Idaho needs this win to be bowl eligible and capture the WAC title. Utah State's play has them as favorites, but Idaho has a chance to pull this one out.

C. Keeton(#18) shows off his wheels on this designed quarterback run for a one yard touchdown on the Aggies opening drive, putting Utah State up 7-0.

After exchanging punts for the rest of the first quarter, the Vandals final score this one yard run by D. Cunningham(#41) with 7:10 left in the second quarter. Tying the game at 7 all.

After a couple of field goals by Utah State, J. Baker(#23) pounds the ball in from one yard out. giving Idaho a narrow 14-13 lead with 6:23 left in the fourth quarter.

Late in the fourth quarter J. Hill(#32) finds the end zone from two yards out and a failed two point conversion later Utah State had a 14-19 lead.

With time winding down D. Blackmon lead the Vandals on a drive for the ages that ended with this five yard touchdown pass to M. Posey for what everyone thought would be a 20-19 win for Idaho.

With under 30 seconds left in the game Idaho has a coverage break down and lets M. Austin(#4) behind them for a heart breaking 73 yard touchdown pass. 20-25 Utah State.

The fans thought the game was over with the Utah State touchdown, but Idaho got good field position on the kick off and the amazing happened. With under 10 seconds left and third down M. Posey(#85) beats his man off the line and D. Blackmon hits him perfectly in stride. Then Posey out runs the defense by the skin on his teeth for a 65 yard touchdown and a 26-25 Idaho win.
