Love the move! Very excited to go to Oxford in October with UConn, assuming COVID doesn't impact the season at all

Quarterbacks
Grant Tisdale, the redshirt sophomore out of Allen, TX, has won the starting job in spring practice. The new coaching staff has been very impressed with Tisdale and believes he is a perfect fit for what they will try and accomplish offensively. Matt Corral will be the backup.

Running Backs
Jerrion Ealy will lead the running back group this fall. However, carries between the tackles will be limited due to his size. Expect Brian Drew and Brandon Campbell to see significant snaps this season.

Wide Receivers
The receiving corps is a deep group. There is good size and speed all around. Lots of mismatches can be created by moving these guys around. All 8 of these players will see the field this year. Some will be significant contributors on special teams as well.

Tight Ends
A young, inexperienced group that has a high ceiling. Redshirt freshman Justin Campbell won the starting job in spring practice, but Nick Green will see the field as well. Alex Faniel could be a great target in the redzone with his 6'6, 231 pound frame.

Offensive Line
Plenty of size (maybe even too much) on this offensive line. Some players have even been asked to cut weight by Rahne and his staff. Darius Thomas and Nick Broeker will start at tackles. Adam Starks and Ben Brown will be the starting guards, and true freshman Rob Porter will start at center.

Defensive Line
Another inexperienced, but talented, group. Two redshirt sophomores will start at the defensive end positions in Ledarrius Cox and Jaren Handy. Junior KD Hall will start at defensive tackle. The Rebels have one of the heaviest defensive lines in the country, and this group needs to cause havoc for this defense to succeed.

Linebackers
Jacquez Jones will lead the defense at inside linebacker this year. The redshirt junior is a pre-season All-SEC pick. The two outside linebackers will be Luke Knox and Jacob Bryant. Brandon Mack should see significant playing time as well.

Cornerbacks
There is significant drop off in this group after the top two guys, so if there are any injury problems the Rebels could be in trouble. Deantre Prince and Keidron Smith have the size and talent to compete with anyone in the SEC.

Safeties
AJ Finley, Jay Stanley, and CJ Miller will see the most playing time this year, but Matt Hall and Jeremy Fields should see the field as well. This safety group has a lot to learn adjusting to the 3-3-5 defense, but the coaching staff believes they will lead the defensive transition moving forward.

Specialists
Darnell Beck (Kicker) and Alan Williams (Punter) are both true freshmen who have earned their spots on the squad. Here's to 4 years with these guys.

Team Ratings
Overall: 86
Offense: 84
Defense: 87

I went to the Texas A&M/Ole Miss game in Oxford back in 2015. Incredible atmosphere. The Grove is insane. Really enjoyed the experience.

Sadly, arriving on the team bus will prevent me from enjoying The Grove.

Week One: Boise State
The Ole Miss Rebels open the 2021 season with the Chick-Fil-A Kickoff game against Boise State in Atlanta, GA. The Broncos have one of their best teams in years, but new head coach Ricky Rahne is looking to get off to a fast start with his new team.

Key to the Game: If Boise State's two outstanding inside linebackers are freed up by their defensive line to make plays it could be a long day for the Ole Miss rushing attack. Rahne's teams have struggled to win games when the rushing attack couldn't get going.

Interesting. Looking forward to following this one.

Try running the option some time. My QBs get injured all the time. Last 2 seasons I had my starting QB go down for 8+ weeks. And lots of "for game" and "for 2 quarters" injuries.

No other real injuries though.

This looks really good. I like the ESPN graphics too.

I hope you go 12-1 this season and lose in Week 1.
