I'm looking to move him in a deal for realism first, but that also takes into account his production this year and the standings. Here are the relevant standings:

    NLW:
    Dodgers
    DBacks 6.5 gb
    Giants 9 gb

    NLC:
    Pirates
    Brewers 2 gb
    Reds 4.5 gb
    Cards 11 gb

    NLE:
    Braves
    Nationals 2 gb

    NL Wild Card
    Brewers
    Nationals
    Reds 2 gb
    DBacks 3.5 gb
    Giants 6 gb

    ALE
    Rays
    Os 0.5 gb
    Yankees 9.5 gb

    ALC
    White Sox. (42-44)
    Indians 0.5 gb
Tigers 0.5 gb (a lot of injuries and. Castellanos is having a bad year or could move to LF for the record)
    Twins 0.5 gb
    Royals 3 gb

    ALW
    Angels
    As 1 gb
    Mariners 3.5 gb

    AL Wild Card
    As
    Os
    Mariners. 2.5 gb

Based on these please recommenda couple landing spots and potential trades for me. Again, realism is my biggest concern, both for IRL scenarios and given Headleys play in my chise. Let me know if you need any player stats for your recommendations. Thanks!

To add to that, I'm looking for atleast one mid-high B prospect and then the other pieces can be either a prospect or two or a mlb level guy (a borderline everyday or utility player) who can fill in either at 2nd, SS, 3rd or OF.

What do you guys think of the Indians as a spot for Headley? Santana could then DH full time with Headley at 3B or Brantley could take RF everyday with Headley in LF and they could get out of their platoon situation with Murphy/Raburn (which neither is doing well in my franchise). What could I get back for him? I would love Frazier but assume he's not an option, specially with realism being considered. EDIT - don't think Indians would be realistic

The Dodgers were my favorite as I'd deal for Pederson, but he is hurt for the rest of the year so can't be traded.

Atlanta is another place I kind of like. He could move to LF and J Upton to RF allowing BJ to ride the pine as he should be. Would I be able to get a package around Sims or Hursh? Preferably Sims obviously.

If you are looking for realism and fairness, you'll tell Sandy Alderson to back away from the phone slowly.

Hey guys, what do you think is realistic and fair to get back for Mat Latos? The Reds are considering dealing him in real life, and I'm wondering what a fair haul and realistic destination(s) would be? I'd be looking/hoping to get back a SS/M-IF and LF, more stick than glove at both spots. Since the Padres traded him, they are automatically off the list of suitors. I'd imagine that all of the really small market teams would be out too (i.e. Kansas City, Pittsburgh, etc).

What do you guys think? I'd like a mixture of major league help and prospects. If it's just prospects in return I'd like them to be close to the majors, no more than a year away.

I think all 3 are fine and dandy. I am a Cubs fan who is a bit biased for Shark, but then again I'm high on Hunter Harvey too, so it cancels out.

                  Shields for Sanchez, Nay, Davis

                  Shark for Harvey, Wright, Ohlman

                  Lee for Pederson, Withrow, Lee

I think Headley to CLE is a fine thought and I could see him bumping the rock legend to DH. Spreadsheet says 2 mid B and 1 high C for Headley. If he's doing meh in your chise, that's a good value for him.

                      Definitely not Frazier.

CLE has an intriguing 19 y/o SS Dorssys Paulino who fits the bill value-wise along with say, 1B Jesus Aguilar?

Otherwise you could go for Trevor Bauer, whose value is still pretty low for how talented he is.

                      Paulino + Aguilar

                      Bauer + House/McAllister

                      ??

You ain't getting Bundy. The Os wouldn't deal him. They would like to get him healthy 1st and foremost.

Jason Hammel for Slade Heathcott deal would fit the Yanks perfectly.

Baltimore would give you Harvey. Pirates would deal someone good. Toronto would deal Aaron Sanchez, Mitch Nay, Roberto Osuna, DJ Davis, Alberto Tirado, a package from those guys.

Assuming this is @ me - I was looking at Sardinas, since they have a good deal of depth there with Andrus, Profar, and Odor.

What about Sardinas and Choice/Gallo (I'd move Gallo to LF)?

Dunno what potential Gallo is at. You could edit Gallo to a 90 potential and take all three of those guys. Jays could probably beat that package if you wanted but if you like those guys it works.

Only reason I was looking at the Rangers first is because they have a SS and OF, and that's what I'm looking for. Pitching depth never hurt anyone though. I'll take a look at the other teams in contention.
