Made the move to send Dom Brown to the Reds.

Dom hit .248 with 29 HR and 68 RBI last year, and looks to take over the full time LF job over Hesiey.

In return I got Ben Lively (71 OVR High C POT)

      and

Jeremy Kivel (lower overall 21 year old starting pitcher, looks to have the stuff to make a bullpen switch eventually, low B POT)

Wonder if you could send something to the Reds for Leake then Leake to the White Sox for Hawkins+. Dunno what the Reds would want though.

Maybe something around Hawkins to you, Flores and Porcello to the White Sox, Alexei to the Tigers.

Alex Wood to the White Sox, Courtney Hawkins and BJ Upton (non negotiable) to you, DeGrom and Semien to the Braves. Yeah, that's my favorite.

TOR sends CF D.J. Davis, RP Tyler Ybarra*, and C Dioner Navarro
*AAA stats: 2.54 ERA 1.28 WHIP as a LHP in relief. He's 69 OVR & 25 yrs old

Anyone have any ideas on a lefty flamethrower out of the bullpen? I'm in need of one because Vidal Nuno is struggling mightily.

I have a Yankees Franchise fwiw

Jake McGee can touch 97 with his fastball. Mario Hollands in Philly has pretty good velocity if I'm not mistaken. Personal favorite is Tony Watson in Pittsburgh

OK, I need some advice on HOU, whom I've lead to July 1 with a 29-55 record, 20 games out of the lead.

                  I'd like to consider moving:

                  SP Feldman: 3-9 4.53 ERA
                  RP Qualls: 1-3 3.73 ERA
                  CP Crain: 0-1 4.76 ERA 17 SV
                  1B/OF Carter: .269 6 HR
                  C Castro (Maybe): .249 8 HR

I'm looking for fairness here, and am pretty open about what I could receive in return. I'm mostly just looking to get younger arms in the pen, and/or perhaps a plus bench guy.

Teams in the hunt are: TOR, BOS, BAL, KC, DET, MIN, CWS, OAK, TEX, SEA, ATL, STL, PIT, LAD, SD, AZ, SF (all leading or less than 10 games out).

Thanks in advance for the help!

Or you meant adding something to Parnell? How about Domingo Tapia

                    I don't see a MLB team with 4 lefties in a rotation & only 1 righty

I'd say Dillon Gee, considering the White Sox have Sale, Quintana & Danks already

The most valuable players that will get you something are Castro who could probably pull in a good B potential prospect from a contender and maybe something else, Carter might be able to get you something decent, and you could deal Qualls and Crain to a team that needs relief help bad and get something OK in return.
Not sure what teams need a catcher but some teams would really like to acquire Castro. He would be the one to get you the most.

Not really a flamethrower, but Antonio Bastardo in Philly is a pretty good lefty option. Normally sits around 91-93 with a very nice slider. They'd give him up if you went after him and they were out of it.

No, the White Sox would want a young SP like Alex Wood, and the Braves would want to get out from under Upton's contract, and you get your prize in Hawkins

Depending on how BJ Upton's playing I guess? He's only making like 2 million/year in the game but it's a valid point from a realism standpoint.

If BJ's not being completely terrible, I'd be fine with DeGrom+ for Hawkins

There's less than no reason for the White Sox to do that unless they got Alex Wood back

You guys know Hawkins is hitting .260/.340/.500 right now right? 129 wRC+? After being taken 11th overall? Why on earth would they deal that for Jacob DeGrom?
