What would be a fair trade to get Jeff Samardija to the Angels?? Cubs needs lots of prospects! Way out of it in my season while the Angels are 7gb in the West, but only 4gb in the wild card so with a nice run could easily get into the playoffs.

Angels don't have the pieces for Jeff Foxworthy let alone Samardzija.

I'm curious...I'm using 30 team control but have everything set to Auto for teams I'm not controlling. So I go thru trades and reverse them if unrealistic. With that being said, I've offered numerous trades and haven't had any accepted (just testing things out). Do you guys manually accept them if deemed fair or do you barter until CPU accepts?

Ok thanks...I didn't think so from looking but just asking. What about this though:

          Samardzija for...

          CP Mike Morin
          3B Kaleb Cowart
          2B Taylor Lindsey ????

That's the best I could find. I think you're right but just wanting thoughts.

What about these other SP I have on the trade block: A.J. Burnett, Hiroki Kuroda, or Kevin Correia?? Do the Angels have enough to get one of them on a half season rental?

the Angels can't get Samardzija with the farm they have. the other three are all realistic, and could happen. use the spreadsheet to get there values.

the one in the first post. according to it, Correia will cost you a low C, Kuroda a Mid B, and Burnett a low B.

but on Kuroda, how are the Yankees doing, and how is he doing? it really depends on that.

Yankees are 41-50, 13.5gb in the East. Way out of the playoff picture. Kuroda is awful though now looking at it.
                  4-11 5.68era 53k 30bb...ouch.

Correia looks most ideal for Angels to get the pitching help they need in my season. He's 3-9, but has a 3.60era 65k 26bb. Burnett is 4-5 5.40era 65k 33bb...

I think I'll trade them Correia for someone

LOL, he could probably go for a mid/High C with those stats...

Not too familiar with the Angels farm, but pretty sure they'll have that.

                      Either these three prospects:

                      SP Hunter Green (74 pot)
                      RP R.J. Alvarez (72 pot)
                      LF Zach Borenstein (75 pot)
                      CF Chevy Clarke (76 pot).

I'll go my typical random number generator app and let it decide lol. I think either of those players would be fair.

And it chose SP Hunter Green. Ok fair enough lol. I'm playing with the A's and giving my division opponent challenging me for the pennant a much needed arm.

It really doesn't matter. You can wait for the cpu to accept it, but that's a formality. No one really cares if the cpu accepts it because the cpu logic is dumb. If you're set on your trade, you can force it through with force trades or by switching to the other team and having them accept it.

I have a CPU-to-CPU trade proposal that I need some suggestions on.

Consider the point of the season though, it seems unlikely to me but possible.

I'm in late late June and the Oakland Athletics currently hold a 5.0 game lead in the AL West. The Tampa Bay Rays are also a first place team, with a 3.5 game lead in the AL East.

Tampa Bay is offering Alex Cobb, Ben Zobrist, and Wilson Betemit for Dan Otero and the big piece here in Addison Russell (Top 50 prospect, A potential and only 20 years old).

                          Thoughts?

Also, I'm still in the market for a high-potential catcher. I'm willing to deal just about anyone (I'm the Cubs).

I agree it's unlikely since both teams are in first. If the Rays were out of it, I could see them holding a sale and ship off Zobrist just like it's rumored IRL these days.

The only way I could see Russell end up in Tampa is if David Price came to Oakland

High potential catcher as in a catching prospect?

Or just high potential in general meaning that it could be a 30 year old with some star power and upside remaining?
