If the Angels finished 2014 as a non playoff team, do you guys think Hamilton would realistically get traded?

But highly doubtful tbh, Arte wants to win. Unless scenario 1 occurs, say they finish 10+ out.
Edit: Also how Hamilton fares and allComment

Yeah. We don't actually have outfielders for 2015 lol. Figured I could QO one of Melky and Colby and then deal for an OF. I'd be eating most of the contract.

Re: MLB 14 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Non elite guys I would move:
Dalton Pompey
Roberto Osuna (close to elite though, wouldn't add much more if anything, would really rather not)
Sean Nolin
Alberto Tirado
Mitch Nay
D.J. Davis
Andy Burns
Dawel Lugo
Nolin is a great fit for LAA. Think Pompey + Nolin is enough?"Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Solid, non-elite guys? I can do that. What kinda spects do you think the A's would want?

As far as what "solid" means, that is really contingent on Hamilton's performance and your level of desperation. I'd say a pair of guys you consider Top 15 prospects at an area of need for LAA (anywhere but CF or 1B) would suffice.
In this vein, I think Pompey + Nolin is fine if J-Ham is putting up average #s and those guys are still projecting nicely (no POT decreases or weird stats).Chicago Cubs | Chicago Bulls | Green Bay Packers | Michigan WolverinesComment

Idk if you guys saw this, but I found it interesting
gives the site and all to the past 10 months
If this has been posted I apologize, didn't see it anywhere but what better place to post it than a trade thread.
Also would a package starting with Urias for Starlin & Samardzija be fair?
Rizzo for Taijuan straight up? Almost to the All Star game will have an in-depth look at possible trades I'm considering since well I've sucked.
edit last part meant for fairness, not going for realism. Will have numbers up later today. 3/4 games away from the break.Last edited by guayo10; 06-30-2014, 01:36 PM.Comment

Re: MLB 14 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
The Red Sox have some B potential prospects at the catching position. Blake Swihart and Christian Vazquez are both young, good catching prospects. What do you guys think it would take to get one of those if I'm the Cubs?
Or maybe Gary Sanchez from the Yankees?Comment
