I went to a Mets game in New York a few weeks ago and they don't have much of a fanbase, lol

I'm looking at the Rockies roster, and am looking to acquire some OF depth and a 2B/SS. What trade value does Kyle Parker have in your opinion? I can't think of the other guys name (defense-oriented SS) of the Rockies, but he would be great to have as well.

If the Yankees farm system sans, Sanchez, Murphy, Severino, Refsnyder, O'Brien, and Jagielo(all traded) can get the trades done, I'd like to know who I can offer to swing a deal.

      Cliffs:
      Need SS/OF depth
Only have High C/Low B potential guys in the system
Only A potential guy is Mason Williams

EDIT: Cristhian Adames is the SS i'm referring to.

As long as CarGo is healthy with the rest of the OF I could see a low B getting him, maybe high C(thats what spreadsheet has)

Spooky quiet in here. Is everyone just waiting for the chips to fall?

Who has the over/under pool on when Lester is traded? I want 3:20pm EST.

Looks like a good one going down in real life. Lester and Gomes to the A's for Cespedes is what early reports are saying.

              Confirmed.
No more crying about trade logic!

Lester-Gomes for Cespedes and a comp pick.

Cespedes...next 50 homer guy in Boston?!....and throwing guys out trying to score from third on singles!

I feel like this could be the ALCS match up. I know Boston has fallen off, but it wouldn't be the first time they came way back.

I think OAK overpaid because of the 'unknown' of the pick. A scouted prospect in 9-12 range is what I would expect. The price of a ring.

I'm really just jealous they wouldn't take m.gonzalez and e.rodriquez so the O's could lock down the division.

Well, no one ever truly knows what's going to happen. It's a mix of knowledge/past trends, personal preference, and opinions about what "would" or "would not" happen.

Not so much confusion but just that no one knows 100% - and things that "don't happen" really can and do happen.

Ok question. How did you guys replicate the Capuano trade to the Yankees. Since you cant give cash what seems fair? And what about the pick involved in the lester trade?

Either release him and make sure the Yankees pick him up, or find a scrub on the other team and do the trade. The scrub can be released and picked up again as well.

Trade Oakland's second round pick to Boston next year, if you get that far.
