Re: MLB 14 The Show Q & A (PS4)
Same here. I've also tried this and it fails to save. really annoying for my batting cam as I make a bunch of small adjustments. I've up-voted every camera saving thing I could find over at theshownation.com.
Also, has anyone noticed issues with controller vibration? I'm not getting any at all in The Show anymore (and I could have sworn I was to start out). Tried with 3 different controllers to no avail.
EDIT: Missed this thread: http://www.operationsports.com/forum...ibrartion.html
So, at least I'm not alone on the controller vibration and it can be worked around. Still trying to find a way to get my cameras to save.
Noticed this as well. I went into the PS4 Settings(console, not in game) and turned controller vibration off and them back on. Viola. Vibration worked in game as it's supposed to.

Re: MLB 14 The Show Q & A (PS4)
Anyone having issues with classic base running? Having an issue where it feels like the CPU is just doing whatever it wants. I tried to just use auto due to this happening but then the CPU decides to steal Jeter on an 0-0 count. -.-; I use classic because that's what I'm used too. It felt it had the most control but in multiple games I've had the wrong players stop/go.5Comment

Re: MLB 14 The Show Q & A (PS4)
The show is very animation driven and to yield the smoothest quickest throws it is beneficial to preload your throws (pressing the targeted base before the player catches the ball). Not to be too complicated there are multiple branch points(specific points during the animation where you can get your throw off) during a catch, the more you can capitalize on the early end of the catch animation branch point the more successful you will be.
Thanks for the advice man! I will have to try this next time I play.Comment

Please drop the attitude, it isn't necessary.
Did you ever consider that your question wasn't answered because maybe nobody here knew for sure?

If he is talking about the ball icon yes but I thought he was talking about the ball itself.“The saddest part of life is when someone who gave you your best memories becomes a memory”Comment

To climb the fence you just push up on the right analog yes?
Same deal with diving for a ball or jumping to grab one that is about to sail over your head, correct?Comment

Re: MLB 14 The Show Q & A (PS4)
I should have clarified, I meant the ball icon. In the older MLB's wasn't there a button on the controller you could press to hide the ball icon or do you have to change that in the settings?Comment

Re: MLB 14 The Show Q & A (PS4)
i was not holding L1, i was just tapping it and it still did the stop at first base thing. i changed it from default to buttons, but i still don't know how to use it. any chance you can give a detailed response on how to advance to a base past 1st? thanksComment

Re: MLB 14 The Show Q & A (PS4)
You have to hold it. If you tap it the runner will advance but not until he is already at a base. Holding it make the runner keep running in stride until you let go.Comment

Re: MLB 14 The Show Q & A (PS4)
Quick question. I play with as little clutter on the screen as possible so also no pitcher confidence/stamina bars. Last year you could still see this when you pressed select. The whole select screen has been changed again and I can't seem to find it anywhere now..."When it's all set and done, reality is the best innovation."Comment
