It looks promising, unfortunately it was being worked on with every version we played so it was hard to get a true feel of the system.

On fly outs, pop outs, and pop foul outs - are fielders making catches (for the most part) with 2 hands now? Especially catchers, they always used to catch pop ups with 1 hand and for a catcher to do that is pretty unrealistic.
Also, do outfielders have a more natural throw back into the infield after making fly ball outs?

This may fall under presentation but has there been anymore scenes added when the user brings in a new pitcher? Usually just shows the guy right at the mound, no manager walk up or pitcher leaving the pen. Always wanted more variance with that aspect

I don't remember specific details on how catches were made sorry. The throws back in seemed fine to me, there was nothing that seemed odd but I was not studying it either. Maybe one of the others guys took notice.

I played on fast play a lot trying to get in as many games as possible so you miss much of the presentation. I did ask that the scene of the pitcher coming in and dropping his glove get blown to pieces, lol.

Bunting influence has changed this year. It is not preloaded, you influence in realtime. You use the left stick and push the stick left or right as the pitch is being thrown. Triangle is still used to bunt. Also there was no rumble confirmation when influencing.

What's up with Pitch Speed? I thought the default they used on 12 was perfect at least for me but the last two games at least on the PS3 I have had to turn the speed all the way up.

I believe the default pitching speed was lowered in 13. At the event default felt like 14 to me.

I saw someone ask about base and person contact. I was wondering if they finally got rid of the 1B making a catch as he's stretching and goes to reach for the base with his back foot and steps on the ground not the bag and the runner is called out.

I thought I saw it in the live stream but wasn't sure. Just seemed like the 1B would totally miss the bag when trying to re touch 1B after being pulled off a little

It wouldn't matter because you can always use your challenge on that play.

This made me think of another question. How is bunting handled with the new analog system?

A couple of things that are too prevalent in her game are dribblers in front if the play and foul tips that are foul tipped behind the batter and on the ground, you barely see one of those foul tips in a real game let alone the several that are displayed in the game now, are those two issues minimized?

Well the thing is I don't know if it's just a presentation issue where the player should really be touching the bag but the presentation is off, or it's just a bad call. It happened all the time in 14 and I swear I thought I saw it in the stream as well
