You can until you swing. My advice is to not use it like you would if you were hitting zone. You have to remember you are moving it pre-pitch to create a certain type hit.“The saddest part of life is when someone who gave you your best memories becomes a memory”Comment

Re: MLB 15 The Show (Community Day Gameplay Q&A Thread)
This may be an unfair question for the CD guys because I'm not sure how much they get to play and all the other details, but one thing the Show hasn't done well, imo, is have those "WOW!" moments with defense, especially in the infield. You know the snag at the hot corner, stopping a ball going down the line, get to one knee and fire it over to first for the out, or the leap that takes away a lining double.
In your experience did you see any of this? I know it happens to an extent in the Show, but I'm thinking new animations are needed to really make you say "WOW!" when it happens.
Hope it makes sense what I'm asking.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Re: MLB 15 The Show (Community Day Gameplay Q&A Thread)
I would like to be able to pull off more wow in the outfield especially all the wow I see the CPU do. The infield is a different story for me, I am very good at diving so I often see great plays and trigger some neat animations. I had some one knee throws and there new 2B double play animations.
Thanks Nem! Looking forward to seeing the new animations. How many are there in total?I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

Re: MLB 15 The Show (Community Day Gameplay Q&A Thread)
During the stream Ma said that umpires have different personalities like last year but did you notice whether a particular umpire always calls, e.g., high strikes that are clearly balls? I found that the umps last year had personalities but there was never a clear pattern. The same ump might call a high strike a ball in the 2nd inning but call it a strike in the 8th? I hope this is improved.Comment
