1) Something I've wanted for a long time. A revamped pitcher stamina system that can be manipulated to stretch guys out if they convert from reliever to starter. Likewise, if a starter goes to the bullpen over time their stamina will reduce to where they would need stretched back out to start again. Right now the only way to change that, to my knowledge, is to go in and edit the pitcher's stamina, which to me feels like cheating, especially if it's mid-franchise. Also, with this kind of system it forces every starter to be streched out at the beginning of spring training, which makes spring training more realistic and fun to play.
2) Fix the pickoffs so that you're not picked off 50% of the time if you take a secondary lead off of first base, been an issue for at least the last 3 years.
3) Give us the ability to use our ENTIRE organizational roster in spring training games. I know some have said non-roster invitees but in spring games on any given day you can see multiple A ball players shuttled in even if they're not on the 40-man roster or a non-roster invitee. This would give us the ability to try out our minor league guys and get to know them better.
