First game in the Majors and killed it.

    3 for 3, HR, 2RBI, 3R. I also walked twice.

I'm sure I won't have another game like this again.

The Indians was also killing it before I got called up. They were 56-33. I could be that missing piece to go far in the playoffs again.

OUCH! Spent my first year split in between AA & AAA, traded in the offseason to the Padres right after signing a contract, took part in spring training, and made the team, spending the whole year in the majors winning rookie of the year, just started year 3.

        I feel naughty.

I was playing up the all star game on dynamic diffcitulty and saw tweets about me in the all-star and home run derby game. So I proceeded to check the stats and I was top 3 in Home runs, batting average, and slugger.

I proceeded to lower the batting difficulty to beginner, so I can win the MVP, Homeruns, Batting Average, and Slugger awards. Hahaha.

For this being my first baseball game I had to take advantage of the opportunity!

I was disappointed about the lack of training points for those awards though.

The lack of trade notifications this year and lack of overall league wide transactions. It sucks having no idea what the organization is doing. It would be nice if they added those back in upcoming years of the show. This years game is near perfect but that would be the icing on the cake in my opinion!

I run into the same thing in my first year of rtts every new player I create. The rosters, as far as the number of position players vs pitchers, is correct for my MLB team and AA team(5 starters, 7 relievers, 8 starting position players and 5 on the bench). But the AAA team has 9 or 10 position players and 10 relievers or more. I don't understand why the CPU seems to mismanage the roster so badly. By the 2nd season rosters are usually all equaled out but it is frustrating to see.

Do you know how I knew I was on the trading block in my RTTS? Twitter. My virtual fans were asking the team to keep me. I really wish Trade Rumor came back and a league transaction page.

I can't even begin to wrap my mind around how you could remove this and not put it back in the game. Easily the most aggravating thing in RTTS. You get close to the deadline and have no idea what your team is doing as far as adding players to make a playoff push. I've had players added and have no idea who we traded or how we got them. I've lost players and had to comb through MLB rosters to see where they ended up and what we got for them. Funny thing is....it almost seems as if something has gotten turned off or corrupt in the notifications. I have a friend who has seen a random message or two appear over a couple seasons where it will announce a player has been optioned or called up or moved. I loved it when you had a "rumor mill" and could see league transactions.

Another thing I'm trying to figure out is the lack of training opportunities and interaction with agent, manager, etc. Are there more of these if you return to clubhouse after every game instead of every series? I'm in year 2 as a 2b with the mariners and I've had one training opportunity since spring training and am currently in 2nd week of August. I've had one interaction with my agent in that same time frame. I love the game....don't get me wrong....but with the inability to see transactions and the lack of interaction....it's pretty much at this point in year 2 just about playing, winning, stats, etc. A smidge disappointing.

As a side note to last post..... I do get the overly repetitive interaction with the hitting coach who is fired up about hitting streak, multi homer game, etc.

2x boost and training opportunities are lacking...quite a bit. I feel like this is is the main reason why I can't increase my players stats significantly. I consistently get a few training opps during spring training, but MAYBE 1 in 3 months during the regular season.

I want to say I had more in the minors, because of the "big wigs" coming to visit more.

Need an outfielders help. I keep getting the Showtime (R2) on infield with my 1B I love it, in CF it makes my player stand still and jump and I can't move to the ball. What am I doing wrong?

Major milestone in my player's career. Mariners lineup is crazy good here in 2024 so signed a

deal for my free agent contract. Winning was very important to me as the Braves/Rockies never finished even over .500 in my time there. Pumped. I'll show you guys how my 6 years developed in order to score this deal. (Hitting difficulty all star, pure analog controls, realistic slider set. Trust me I had stretches where I couldn't hit water if i fell out of a boat and other times not, it's very realistic)
                            Played every game. Every AB.

2018 (ATL): 195 ABs/.200/.237/.292/2 HRs/19 RBI/-1.7 WAR (role player bad bench situation, had hitting on HOF)

Thought i'd share my first 6 seasons as a big leaguer as it was quite an interesting development as a player, and as a 95 overall, I hope I can kill it over the next 12 years to make it to the Hall of Fame as a Mariner

Just out here as a 20 year old, 79 overall B potential sitting on the bench behind Alex Gordon, who's batting .200 through 3 weeks. Either let me play AAA for another year or let me start. No top prospect ever rides the bench for a whole season.
