Any ideas on possible packages as return for Braun. I have a decent idea, but I wouldn't mind some outside input

There is always interest... However, let's look at stats.

      2016:
      OBP: Harper - .373 Duvall - .291
      Average: .243 - .241
      SLG: .441 - .498
      WAR: 3.5 - 2.8

SLG Duvall wins, defense overall is pretty close for both men. Duvall is bad at getting on base. Also, Harper has been doing this for 5 seasons, four of them similar to this, and one MVP season. Duvall did this last year. If someone wants a power hitter (one year so far to show that) then they should be all over that. He has 3 seasons left of control, but one year of being okay. If he had an OBP and more of a track record I would agree, but he did this once with two years of being medicore in 149 AB.

Harper was an example of someone who was worked around all season, see 20 IBB and 108 BB.

If Duvall repeats success in your franchise then this discussion is new, and his value increases...But as of now comparing him to Harper is not super accurate. I stand by two C's for Duvall right now as he is Mark Trumbo hitting wise, and as Chris Carter shower there is interest, but not at a high price.

There was the possibility of Puig for Braun, if that interests you.

If it doesnt, no big deal, Puig's value can be plugged in. Two B specs, MLB contract to balance the deal.

Duvall has some value, but low OBP sluggers aren't as valuable now as they used to be. Look at Chris Carter's free agency. Duvall does have some nice defensive metrics, but I don't think you'd get anything more than a low B prospect in return for Duvall

I would like to be able to get Christian Yelich on the Yankees but do not want to give up prospects like frazier, torres, rutherford, Kaprielian, sheffield.

Also I am looking to trade Tanaka, Gardner, Headley and ellsbury. Any good Returns for those peices.

If you want to hold onto those guys, you will likely have to deal Tanaka for good prospects and trade them for Yelich. Don't think a deal for Yelich is possible with out any of those guys.

Going to start a Pirates franchise as soon as OSFM rosters come out.

Most likely going to have Kang sit out the whole year due to the fact he probably won't be in the USA, and I want it to be realistic.

I actually want to trade McCutchen and maybe a reliever for a MLB ready (80+) corner OF, a young starting caliber IF (2B/3B/SS) and a decent SP. What are everybody's thoughts on even trading McCutchen? If you think its a legit move, what do you think the return should be?

                Thanks everyone!

Thinking about the Pitates as well. Waiting for OSFM.

I'm interested in Corey Dickerson and Michael Pineda (Struck one 11 batters in a row, 15 overall in an exhibition game I played).

Any ideas on a good trade?

I am unable to trade Yelich for Tanaka straight up? or maybe Tanaka and Headley or ellsbury

It's just a deal that doesn't make sense for the Marlins. If they're dealing Yelich, it's for young pieces that can be of immediate/not-too-distant help. Not a 28 year old pitcher and an aging vet.

Braves fan going to start a franchise as soon as osfm drops. i want to continue their massive overhaul of age for young talent; hoping in a season i can have the infield freeman albies swanson and riley or maitan; acuna should be ready in the game in a year and inciarte so i need an of prospect; how realistically could i get rid of kemp markakis or phillips.

None of them will be moved. Best bet is to hope Machado or Harper hit FA in a year or two
