I'm not really sure how to describe it. Almost like they are swinging underwater. They will appear to be a day early or a day late and the ball reacts differently than what you would expect.

I noticed this big time last year. I think it’s much improved this year. Are u seeing any improvement?

I'm not a fan of the closer logic. Seeing kimbrel in setup. Chad Green, Betances, Chapman, Robertson all took control of closer role at one point.

I know closers tend to be tenuous but it's a revolving door.

Interesting. I wonder why it's showing it everytime for some of us, but not everyone. Wish I could trade places with you guys lol.

Quick impressions:

Game is simply beautiful.
The flow of the players is smooth as silk also.

Yes the menus are a very welcome change also.

Now the main thing I've noticed in my brief time so far is the balls off the bat seem so much more in tune with how I feel they should come off, if that makes sense.
In the past some balls (And yes like I said it's early) just didn't seem right as far as what I felt like they should be based my timing and location...
So far they have been spot on... Love it.

Lastly.. bunts.. I have not seen a rocket bunt yet. The CPU even sac bunted and they put it down nice and dead..

New Year same old errors, got a network error in my second BR game online 😓 this is why I gave up last year. I thought they supposedly fixed the servers

Playing exhibition and hit a no-doubter with Trout. No HR cam. That is at least five no-doubters seen now, nothing yet.

Wish I could say the same. I’m seeing just the opposite. I’ve already seen two double plays turned from sac bunt attempts in two games along with several force outs at the lead base. In fact, I’ve yet to see a nice and dead bunt yet. Is there a way to deaden it? Maybe I’m not doing something I should be.

Agreed on balanced. Same here, and I'm a unappologetic graphics whore. If I'm satisfied with it, then that should tell you everything you need to know.

Concur on pitch speed seeming slow. I thought maybe it was the jump I made to PS pro and 4K. Through 5 games I’m batting over .400 and have over 20 walks (nice). I believe I was on all star zone last year and actually had the worst BA in the league despite going to the World Series. I’m going to move to HoF for 5 games and see if I tail off. Might end up on legend and increasing speed.

It took me awhile to get the visual setting right on new tv. Playing in 1080p hdr/Sharp now for increased frame rate. I thought things looked a bit washy so moving to sharp and increasing my brightness helped.

Game looks and plays great. Continued my '17 Franchise. Hitting seems much easier on last year's settings. Easier to follow the pitch. They seem slower. Will have to up the difficulty a bit.

Everything is just so smooth. Swings and motions are more fluid. Player models are a bit thinner and lifelike.

Defensive ability seems more important as my 1B playing in LF as his secondary position had trouble with a seemingly not too tough fly.

Unfortunately, game is crashing very often on the loading screen. It happened the three times I tried to go from Quick manage to playing and a few other times just by starting a game.

Another little nitpick is I wish we could opt out of the little sound effects that come with the presentation graphics. They are so annoying already.
