how does editing mid season play into ratings? I use baseball savant player pages to give pitchers their actual repertoire and pitch speeds. And now on the attributes (due to editing) I have a player who's velocity says -13. Will this continue a steep decline for him or will it even out?

Did you lower the velocity by 13? When you edit attributes, it will show that it went up or down. Should disappear after a few weeks and I don't think it affects anything going forward.

Is there something that triggers the signature home run celebrations?

Acuña, Albies, Freeman and Ozuna all have them for me. Sometimes I get them when they homer and sometimes I get just a generic celebration.

I’m not a 100% sure on this but I’ve always thought the signature celebrations were triggered on no doubt homeruns. Wall scrapers or avg homeruns typically have the generic follow through/celebrations.

I'll have to pay more attention, but it seems pretty random to me.

I just played a game where Ozuna, Acuña and Freeman all homered. Only Acuña did his signature celebration and that was one that just cleared the fence.

Ozuna's first two homers of the season, he did his little strut as he approached third and then his celebration at the plate. But nothing today.

I've made some equipment edits, but I've been careful not to edit any animations for fear of losing signature animations.

Yes. And I do understand that’s why it says that. My question was more of will he continue to lose velocity based on this or if it will eventually go away and stay as is

Has anyone had any problems with uploading there previous RTTS? I was playing RRTS on '20 on my PS5, I bought '21 yesterday. So, I made sure all of my RTTS progress was saved to the cloud. When I went to download it on '21 it said I had to connect my accounts and type in the code. Long story short, I connected my accounts but when i tried to type the code in all I have gotten is an error message. Not sure what's going on. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

"An error occured while setting up your account and linking" comes up when I try to link them.

You have to start from scratch with your RTTS player. No carryover saves this year man.

Quick question, just got the game last night and played it just a little. I'm trying to figure out, is the camera that follows the ball after you hit in RTTS mode, I can't seem to get it to work. It does it in practice mode (only one I've had the chance to try so far), but I was just wondering about this. Thanks
