    Create a stadium
    Create a team/uniform editor
    Revamped hitting system
A 'select order' option for fantasy draft
More knock-downs/ricoche's on grounders and choppers

I just hope they aren't putting all of their hopes in the "3-D" basket, because I can care less, and I'm not alone.

It's time for Sony to step up and fix the bugs & glitches. I fear that with 3D being part of '11, the bugs and glitches will go untouched. I will say this '09 was the best version so far, if '11 comes out with the same glitches as '09. I WILL NOT BUY IT. At this point, I feel that The Show will become Madden.
Where each year new "features" are added on top of 20 year old buggy AI & code. Good thing I keep '09.

Agreed. I have zero interest in the 3-D aspect of next years game.

Our work on incorporating 3-D into the game was finished months ago. Even when it was in development it didn't take time away from any of part of the game receiving some developmental love.

Actually, maybe they can use a similar system the old SMACKDOWN! games used to have. You could make pretty good taunts with it.

You act like the gameplay is crap, but it's not. You didn't even mention any specifics - just "bugs & glitches".

                    - Redone stances(pitching/hitting)

                    - Do away with PCI or make it so that star players ratings don't overmatch it, nullifying its "supposed" effect.

                    - Give hitting some major love. Playing over 300 games of '10, it just got stale seeing the same type of hits over and over. I believe this ties into the PCI system they use so, whatever they do with that will dictate how well this comes out. I've never gotten the feeling you could drop the bat-head with lefties and smoke it out of the park, just seems non-existant.

                    - I feel the game is missing sound effects that bring a TV presentation to life. Like triggering a soundbyte when a runner is booking it to 1st and the mic catches him hitting the bag and the ball smacking the 1st basemans mit..Or when a batter swings, they turn the mic on to catch the sound of the bat hitting the ball. Its amplified while everything else is dulled out.

                      1. Tiger Stadium
                      2. 1st and 3rd double steal addressed
                      3. Greater disparity between players on defense. Certain players on defense should have "great play" animations while others will stuble if you attempt to do too much with them.

If this game got Create a Stadium and Create a Team, it could most surely be close to game of the year.

Agreed, how to you basically call the greatest sports game ever made (opinion) crap!?! I see these bugs and glitches threads and have never seen any of them (this is true). The game froze on me once, I admit, but I have played over 250 games of baseball bliss. I can not for the life of me "get" these constant bugs and glitches comments....maybe I am blind, but I am not seeing them.

Anyway, I just want to see more on the presentation front next year, maybe a weekly re-cap show and in game highlights of other games. Just add more presentation elements to the game and you still have my $60. Gameplay is untouchable, yes I said it. No other game makes you feel good about losing and so great when you pull out the victory

Edit: Oh and bring on the 3d. Just got my 3dtv a month ago and can not wait for the Show to enter the 3rd dimension!

What I Hope will be changed:

                            - collision detection (c'mon, why is that still left out? Is it really that difficult to create?)
                            - new player models (I think it didn't make the cut in 10, but they were working on it for quite some time)
                            - more pitching/hitting-options (I think 2k has a nice pitching-system)
                            - much more hit-variety (we need to see way more bloopers, bleeders, "over the head of outfielders" doubles and that kinda stuff)
                            - more sliders
                            - re-adjusted confidence meter.
                            - better fielding (more E's and a system that takes UZR into consideration.)
                            - daily/weekly highlight show. I think it was one of the coolest features on nfl 2k4/2k5.
                            - better trade logic
                            - more overlays for stats (especially in-game: for example: David Ortiz .260 24HR (3rd in AL/MLB) 75RBI (6th in AL/MLB)

But it's too easy to put the ball anywhere you want in MLB 2K.

After playing 2k to see how they implemented MLB Today, The Show needs to figure out a way to develop something similar.
