yeah. I just got back from SD an hour ago, I stayed a couple extra days to check the town out. I'll have one up tomorrow or Monday (it's Saturday right? lol. It's been a crazy week)

- EN, did you notice if the outfield grass looked better across the board? Its hard to explain what it was, but 10 looked far different that 09. In some stadiums, the grass just didnt look good to me. I would rather see a revert back to 09 rather than what I saw in 10. Anyway, just trying to get an idea about what you thought.

It look far better than '10 and '09. I guess one of the devs said something about noticing that not all the grass in every stadium was up to snuff like one another, there was no uniformity to quality in '10. But they went through everything now, and it looks far better. Every stadium is gorgeously detailed.

Just a quick question regarding weather. Will stadiums with retractable roofs have rain. I know its been confirmed that that will always be open again this year, just wondering if it will rain in these stadiums, specifically the Rogers Centre. Will weather also vary this year (overcast, sunny, pcloudy) cause last year it was always sunny in retractable roof stadiums.

It will rain in those stadiums... weather, cloudy, clear, overcast was all selectable in every "movable roof" stadium but Rogers Centre.

I brought it to the attention of the proper dev, and they are looking into it. So cross your fingers!

So after reading what Knight said about how the new player vault and customizing rosters work, I am excited to make a new classic roster set for this year. I wasn't really planning on doing one again this year because it was a lot of work with how you had to do it in 10', but it should be much easier to handle this year.

Its funny how with all the great new stuff they are doing with the game this year, the player vault and roster customization is the most exciting part to me, LoL.

Challenge of the week sounds great, but I can't see people paying 25 cents every time they want to play it. I'm not sure why they would charge people. Seems a little steep for 3 outs especially.

I understand what you're saying, but we'll have the opportunity to play 1 round for free each week (if I'm not mistaken) - a practice round if you will. From there, you'll be able to decide if you want to shell out a quarter to keep playing or hang 'em up.

Based on 42's write up, depending on how successful you are at the plate, you're going to rack up point, which I also assume means you're not making outs. How long it takes you to exhaust the 3 outs has much to do with you at the plate!

I know it takes a lot of hard work and dedication, but does this mean Knight will have his roster download up earlier than usual? Since he doesn't exactly have to make them from scratch? Or am I totally wrong? haha

Reading about the upgrade to classic pitching makes me one happy camper. Just adding in the simple vibration to indicate when you are at max effort will make a HUGE difference in getting timing down with this mode.

I'm definitely glad to hear that timing only hitting is getting some love. To have it be it's own mode now is awesome. Should be easier to find a balance, as last year, as you upped the difficulty above AS, the timing only became very difficult. Now, it seems as though it should be balanced better.
