Thanks for your input. I do have DH turned on for both leagues though!

Ok. Still no need to trade Pena though IMO. Freeman is the future at 1B in Atlanta so Pena would be a rental DH until his contract expires after the season. I assume they have Hinske and Diaz in some sort of DH platoon already?

I signed Oswalt in the offseason. Now that he is heading to the Rangers, I want to deal him to his correct team.

What's a fair deal for Oswalt? Maybe a B prospect?

Wow that's brutal from a slugging standpoint. Sure, Pena would make a lot of sense for them then. Just looks so weird seeing TB ship Shields, Farnsy and Pena in the same deal...not realistic so to speak. You're getting good value in return but a deal like that is just nothing that'd happen IRL.

If you just want it to be fair, then yes go ahead and make the trade.

If you care for realistic moves like some gamers here on the board, then no.

Could you guys help me think of a deal that I could put together in order to obtain Julio Teheran, and maybe some other prospects?

Take Farnsworth and Pena out of the deal and add a B prospect

Thats not bad, have Beckham get a new start somewhere else and also you get 2 great prospects back for Shields. This is a really nice trade.

Do you think I could throw in another prospect? Maybe like a B just considering the fact that I could get 2 As and a B for Shields alone with the Blue Jays, talked to ACMillan1999. Then again, it is Teheran, o I don't know.

Doubt Shields would be traded within the AL East. I like what you have going on with the Braves. I'd add a C prospect as a filler if you feel the need to get something more back in return.

Do you think I could throw in Edward Salcedo? I could always add a Luke Scott type player, who's having a good year, but isn't a top player, so I can replace him easily.
