Stats around the trade deadline (.273/.314/.398/7/35)
Ya theyd probably either trade him or Espinosa

Lombardozi is just a utility guy nothing more, and Desmond before this year, was thought to be the odd man out by 2014.

problem with trading Desmond is, they wouldnt get much back for him with those stats...especially if he's a rental...might as well hold onto him and hope for a bounceback season next year

Then I agree with what you guys said, the Nationals would probably keep him around for another year.

In my franchise, Pittsburgh's Catcher Rod Barajas is getting a lot a trade offers? Is this 36 y/o catcher hitting (.253/.277/.416/10/46) (1yr left @ 890k) really someone teams would want at the trade deadline?

Or is this just another case of the out of wack CPU trade logic?

if a contending team wanted to upgrade their backup catcher, i can definitely see it......Barajas has a place on a contending team's roster if he's halfway decent

What would you trade for Barajas with the stats I gave above?

Tremendously lopsided in favor of the Jays IMO

Are you trying to be realistic or just telling everyone what trade you are making? Because if you're on the road to realism, you missed your stop.

                                Hi guys.

Currently half way through May in my chise with the Atlanta Braves and Steve Cishek (Marlins) just went on the Trade Block. Is this too early to make a trade for him, and what would I have to give up to make it fair?

I'm currently 1 game behind the Nationals and the Marlins are 2 games behind.

                                /Cheers
