There's still some upside and he's a former no 1 pick. I'm thinking a fresh start will do him some good but that you somewhat need to pay for that upside since KC is in need of starters.

You, I, and Kansas city all know that KC is not ever going to do anything other than what he's doing now!!!! A fresh start will definitely do him at least some good. He'll be in a prospect and playoff team with is good for his mentality.

im playing as the dodgers and they arent the best team
i like kemp, eitheir, gordan and all the pitchers so i tried to make an all star team.
i traded 3B adam kennady for a-rod
i traded 2B mark ellis for scutaro and a prospect
i traded a forgetful unimportant OF for mike trout
i traded james loney for david ortiz

OK, as of late I've been hearing alot of talk about CarGo coming to Boston, as well as some others. Here's all different players I want to get a rate on in case of blockbuster before deadline in my game (haven't traded for Grenkie so still only 1 blockbuster). Some of these guys are people the Red Sox might be going after this off-season
Batting line goes (AVG/HR/RBI) pitching line goes (W-L/ERA/K)

Mike Morse(.287/20/53):
(was on DL for 100 ab) CarGo(.275/12/35):
(traded to Phillies) James Shields(8-7/4.03/103):
Andrus(.293/6/39):
Willingham(.263/17/44)
Holliday(.273/16/55)

Also the values of the following players:
Beckett(5-6/5.31/72)
Polanco(.333/7/51)
Crawford(.344/11/45) Don't trust his consistency
Ross(.306/12/40)

A-roid's worth a low or mid B
Mark Ellis is not at the least bit worth as much as scutoro and a PROSPECT
Mike Trout's just untouchable

CarGo is not going anywhere. He's locked up in Colorado for 5? more years. Outsiders think the Rockies need a total overhaul because of their poor record.. really they just need to see where their team is when 6 out of the 9 players in their starting line-up aren't out for an extended period of time.

All of these players (and more) were on the DL for over 30 days:

Troy Tulowitzki
Jhoulys Chacin
Juan Nicasio
Michael Cuddyer
Jorge De La Rosa
Todd Helton

Those players are basically the Rockies best players... Their 1-3 starters in their rotation, their 4-6 batters in their line-up. Having these players out for so long effects so much: team ERA (their pitchers being injured), their defense (Tulowitzki/Helton injured), also their team chemistry is greatly depleted when they have to throw out a different line-up every night, not to mention the toll it takes on the healthy players. CarGo would have ended up with much better numbers if he had Tulo batting behind him for more than 2 months of the season.

I know this doesn't have to do with your question, but I just thought I should make it clear that CarGo is not going anywhere. He is a fan favorite and the owners of the Rockies know that if they get rid of CarGo they are basically getting rid of their lives.

I'm sure the Blue Jays couldn't of been much worse than the Rockies (injury wise), but honestly I don't know much at all about the Blue Jays haha. They get literally no coverage at all and they are in the AL. But I'm sure you know how I feel then....
The only "good" thing about so many injuries is that you get a taste of some of your prospects.

This CarGo trade rumor actually ticked me off. The northeast is always looking to start up some rumors.... the Todd Helton rumor in 06? is one I remember very vividly.
I believe the next season after the Helton rumors, the Rockies made the World Series... so maybe this is a good thing haha.

Ya I did read it but he also has them going after Upton and maybe Swisher. Also one of those catchers and maybe Tori Hunter. Don't forget Greinke to. But he doesn't mention how Kinsler is gone and Cruz too. He has Profar at 2nd Base

Travis d'Arnaud for one of Jurickson Profar/Ian Kinsler/Elvis Andrus really works well in terms of fairness.

If you were to trade Profar/Andrus to the Jays, make sure to shift either one of them or someone on the Jays like Hech to 2B.

They've also said that Arencibia could be trade for Leonys Martin with Ricky Romero and then Texas gives up someone else but they didn't say who

this just MY .02....i know it is based off of one year but Romero is NOT an untouchable in my eyes...not saying i'd be jumpin off the roof to trade him but i'd have to pick up the fone
