You think that's a realistic deal? They would accept if I offered

What do you think of Gomes to Washington for 2B Steve Lombardozzi (B) and 1B Tyler Moore (B)?

Also, I'm thinking of signing Roy Oswalt, if I do I want to trade Braden or Colon. I would prefer to trade Colon so I keep three righties and two lefties, but Braden has higher value. Here's some potential trades Ive looked at, all of which would be accepted. They are in order of my interest

A's get: RP Trevor Miller, SP Eduardo Rodriguez (C)
      Orioles get: SP Bartolo Colon

A's get: RP Robinson Tejada, SP Scott Barnes (B)
      Indians get: SP Dallas Braden

A's get: RP Fernando Salas, SP Tyrell Jenkins (B)
      Cardinals get: SP Dallas Braden

A's get: RP Greg Holland, SP Justin Marks (C), SP Vin Mazzaro (C)
      Royals get: SP Dallas Braden
i take the CPU's trade logic with a grain of salt.....i gave up 3 B guys for Beckham.....did i overpay? probably....but i dont mind letting the CPU win a trade on paper once in a while....if it was me, i'd probably give up something more of value than Pennington and Banwart....as far as ur potential trades go, why wudd u want a 80-year old lefty specialist? lol....that trade along with ur third one is out of the question for me as Jenkins is a top-5 prospect for the Cards....for realism's sake, i'd probably go with trade #4 if i had to pick one

I think I'm gonna make the deal with Cleveland, Braden for Tejada and Barnes. What do you think of Gomes for Lombardozzi and Moore from Washington? I think either one or the other would be more realistic, 2 B's seems high for a team 7.5 back (just 2 back of the second wildcard spot though)

Lombardozzi will start at 2B next year with Espinosa sliding over to SS. That'll free up Ian Desmond for you in a trade.

Tyler Moore will be kept since the Nats depleted their system acquiring Gio from the A's.

Gomes is not worth a lot since he's a veteran platoon guy. I think it's more of two C's than a B for him

Moore is a 1B prospect with 7 HR in 78 AB's in AAA this year

Sanchez would he the least realistic, followed by Zambrano and Scherzer. The rest are fair game. There's a good chance Peavy will be dealt in June, Zito would take a cardboard cut out of a player, 99% chance Lannan gets traded, Lilly doesn't follow the Dodgers' rebuild plan (IF they aren't contending), and one of Minor and Jurrjens will be dealt to make room for prospects. One of them would he most realistic. I would also recommend you get a bat.

Lannan would probably get killed, I like Peavy, and Jurrjens seems good too.
                I really only suggested Lannan for realism's sake. I'd go Peavy/Minor/Jurrjens. Two B's for Peavy and Jurrjens, an A + C or B + B for Minor.

I'm the Twins and I'm pretty much done in terms of making the playoffs.. I need to start stacking talent so I have to trade: Justin Morneau (hitting .330 2nd in hits in the AL, 19 home runs top 5 of the AL, and 52 RBIs top 5 in the AL as well) Morneau ( B potential ) is competing for the triple crown this season.

Josh Willingham ( B potential ) is deffiently expendable, hes htting .200 with 13 home runs and 38 rbis. Denard Span ( B potential ) can also be had hes 3rd in the AL in steals and the top 5 in base on balls, but is only hitting .232.. I'm also looking to move Jamey Caroll ( Maybe B potential ? ) hes hitting .250 but I believe hes first in the running for Gold Glove at SS.

Valencia ( B potential ) and Alexi Casilla ( I think B potential ) could also be moved but i'd be fine with keeping both of them ( Valencia is hitting .262 and is top 5 in doubles in the AL, and Alexi is hitting .273 fielding well and has 9 stolen bases. )

Pitchers I'd like to trade are, Carl Pavano ( B potential) 3.42 era and averages 6.8 K/9. Liriano ( B potential ) who averages 5 k/9 and has a 4.89 era. Also could trade Blackburn ( B ) and Marquis ( B ) but most likely wouldnt get anything...

Damn, you're looking to clean house. Try find a team that's in a playoff push that needs one or more of those players. For Morneau and Liriano in a packaged deal you could get an A, B, and C prospect. I think you're doing the right thing in Minnesota.

A's get: 2B Gordon Beckham, C Hector Gimenez
White Sox get: 1B Chris Carter, SS Cliff Pennington, SP Travis Banwart

I don't want to give up C.C. but I have Brandon Allen who is hitting .306 with 6 HRs and 20 RBI. Pennington I couldn't care less about losing because I'll have Beckham at his natural position shortstop for years to come and I have Yordy Cabrera in the minors. Banwart I just threw in because I just drafted two A potential starters.

Beckham is currently hitting .252 with just 1 HR so a trade isn't unrealistic. Combined with his real life average of .230 last season he has struggled for much of his MLB career and with 3+ years of service Chicago could be ready to move on.
Why would the White Sox need a SS or a 1B. They have those positions locked up....

                        Mornuea could get you two high B's. Willingham maybe a B and a C. Valencia a B and C. Span a B and a C. Pavano a B and a C. Liriano 2 B's. WHat positions are you looking to get in the minors.

So im looking to start a chise on my vita for when im not at home, I want to do a RedSox one, but im not happy with how the team is set up atm.

First id love to start to go younger in year 1. Im totally ok with losing 80-100 games if I have to. I plan on sigining Soler, maybe moving him to right or left? but id love some suggestions on some realistic trades for people like:

Youklis, any reliever, Crawford, Beckett, Lacky, Dice K

Id love to find a Left fielder, I plan on bringing Bogaerts up after year 1, Middlebrook after year 1, keeping Ellsbury, Gonzo, Lavarnaway, Pedroia but basically the rest of the team will be up for grabs.

I saw a few suggestions a few pages back for youk and crawford, so im going to try some of that out also.

Crawford could get you and 2 B's or maybe an A and a B. Bckett gets you an A and 2 B's probably or A,B,C. If your looking for a good LF you could package Beckett and a good prospect or two to get maybe a guy like Cargo or someone like that. Let me know what you want to do.
