Some additional comments to the ones I posted earlier:
- Maybe it's the settings I'm playing on, but I'm finding I really don't have to throw too many pitches to the AI to get them out. My pitch count is a little below where I'd expect it to be.
- Everything looks great. There's some really nice touches here and there, and the animations are all really good looking.
- In just two games I've already seen countless numbers of different plays.
- On a non gameplay related note, my last name is amongst the audio names available, therefore making this the best game ever, obviously.

I have played two games one 10 to 9, The second game as a Dodgers versus the Brewers I won 5 to 3. All on Hall of Fame settings. I do want to say hitting isn't so easy where you can just be on Hall of Fame and score 10 runs But it is easier than last year But it gets balanced out because the CPU scores runs too.
Note: a great thing I saw in the game with Dodgers versus the Brewers, Runners on first and second Hanley Ramirez hits a bullet to center, The Brewers centerfielder Carlos Gomez His first step is in realizes the ball is hit harder than he thought trys to run back but it's over his head and it goes for a double.Comment

I have a theory for why that has remained unchanged the last couple years. Liners right up the box that end up striking a pitcher is one of the most terrifying things in all of sports. Very, very probable. I have no problem with that being the reason, but maybe have them fall down or something. Not just take a bullet and still make the play. IDK, you just don't really see many (read: every) pitcher take one on a hard liner and still record the 1-3 put-out.

It seems harder to move up in RttS. I'm a starting pitcher two months into my season in AA. I'm leading the league in basically all pitching leaderboards but I still haven't been called up. In last year's game, I would get called up after one advancement period. The commentators even say how I should be called up in the pre-game prospect watch.
This is probably a good thing as it's more realistic. I'm not sure if it varies by franchise or not.Comment
