Players I wouldn't mind parting ways with to bring in younger players:
    SP Hiroki Kuroda (Age 38/OVR 89/POT A)
    RF Ichiro Suzuki (Age 39/OVR 89/POT A)
    3B Alex Rodriguez (Age 37/OVR 88/POT A)
    CF Curtis Granderson (Age 31/OVR 87/POT B)
    3B Kevin Youkilis (Age 33/OVR 85/POT B)
You aren't going to be able to get much with any of them.

Yea, but at least he gets SOME value from Granderson. Nobody wants A-Roid or Ichiro as he is set to retire soon. On top of that its only Spring.

            High B

            SP Hiroki Kuroda/ mid B
            RF Ichiro Suzuki/ mid B, low B
3B Alex Rodriguez/ Lol high Cm
            CF Curtis Granderson/ High B
            3B Kevin Youkilis/ 2 High Cs

If you want any REAL prospects, you will have to part ways with Cano, Texeria, or Sabathia. (That's about 5 As, 2 low Bs, and a C total. Don't trade all to one team)

Really, I think thats overvalued. I guess it depends on stats but i'm not giving a high B for someone who is going to hit 230 and now with the injury even if he will hit 40 bombs. And i'm saying this as a Yankee fan.

So basically I should just follow the spreadsheet on the first page of this thread for it to be a realistic trade? I will post every trade offer here to see what you guys think just to make sure its a realistic trade. Also, how do I find out if a player, is a High, Mid, or Low A, B, C, or D? All I see is the letter A, B, C, D.

I swear it said high B. either way, it's too early to trade.

I don't know if this has been answered by anyone else, and this is probably a stupid question. Can anyone explain to me how to read the spreadsheet? I don't understand it.

There are no stupid questions, only stupid answers.

Anyway, say you want to find out what you could get for John Doe (Fake). You go to his team and then look for him on the left side. It is in alphabetical order. After that, you look under the columns to the right where it says trade value. Let's say under that, it says mid B in the first column under trade value one. Then in the next column it says Low C for trade value two. This means John Doe should be traded for a Mid B potential prospect AND a low C potential prospect, or something to that extent.

Do you understand how to determine if its a mid, high, or low potential? If not, what you do is you go to manage roster screen and go over to the column that says potential. Click X and then select sort. The highest potentials for that letter will be at the top. So a High B would be a player who is higher on the B potentials. Kinda hard to explain through a keyboard.

One more question. How can you tell if they're a high, mid, or low a, b, c, or d potential player? Is the high, mid, and low overall related, or is it all about potential on that spreadsheet?
