Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
So with my current Angels franchise I had Doug Fister (89 ovr, B potential) appear as a player on the trade block and I decided to trade for him. As I was searching I saw that Kole Calhoun (55 ovr and C potential) was listed as a player that fit our strategy when selecting him as a part in the trade. So after I played the next game and simulated to the next day I saw Detroit accepted my trade which shocked me. I figured that the CPU would have some logic due to the large differences in overall ratings.Comment

I don't think anyone sees the Indians trading Santana, it just isn't realistic.
I don't see why the Rox would do that? It is pretty close to fair I suppose but not realistic.Comment

Exactly. The Rox are interested in trading away big contracts, not acquiring 21 million over 3 years like Broxton. They also have plenty of OF depth of their own so I don't see a fit for Heisey (although I gotta say that his raw power at Coors under regular PT would be a thrill to watch!)Former modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Ok, finally got the Show. Completely forgot it was coming out lol. Time to transition back into baseball for the summer.
So, I'm starting a Tigers Franchise and I'd like to move Porcello at the deadline, I know I don't have season stats yet, but I'm going to alternate the 5th starter position between Porcello and Smyly until then. Any ideas? I've been out of the loop on baseball so I'm still exploring where he could go and be a good fit. I think if like to trade for a project player or 2, as I don't think Porcello could fetch anyone of value to impact the team right now.
Thank you for any suggestions.Comment
