Hey man, I absolutely agree about everyone plays different. These suit me well. In my younger days, I may have turned up the pitch speed, but my reactions are alot slower LOL. Yeah, it is tough when you can't edit attributes to tone it down. Maybe they update it through the roster updates. If you give them enough feedback in the roster forum, they do pay attention to it. Have fun.

I have some very interesting results from your sliders. I wrote down some crucial stats after my games were completed as a judge of how good they worked.

I'm gonna post them tomorrow after I get a couple more games under my belt.

i absolutely love the sliders but i am a hacker...played first game of franchise and struck out 14 times...but only lost 2-0

really liking all so far - except i strike out at least 8 times a game..

also have yet to see the "early pitcher pull".. the earliest i have seen in my three games was the 7th inning

Yeah, the pitcher won't be pulled unless you get to him early. I haven't had this issue at all. The only thing I've been having issues with is, everytime the CPU third baseman airmails a throw to first, they give me a single if I advance to second. One question, are you guys using contact at zero, or are you using the exact sliders posted?

I'm using the sliders exactly as posted. Before these sliders were posted, I tried a few games with contact at 0, but it didn't feel right to me.

Yeah, I'm starting to like these the most. They produce some games that keep me on the edge of my seat. I use the catcher cam though for viewing, can't see how you guys play from behind the mound and such, but everything is working out fine. I wish there would be more variety on how each of you are all doing on stats of each game though. They'd be great to see.

Have you guys been hitting any gappers for doubles and triples? I've done nothing but tested sliders since I picked the game up. I'm ready to start a franchise and these sliders are by far the best I've played with. Just need to know some stats from you guys. Doubles, Triples, etc... Also, what pitch speed is everyone using? I have mine at 12 (+2). Seems to be working.

It seems that increasing the contact slider allows for more extra base hits. With contact at 0, I was just seeing HRs and singles. Contact right around 5 seems just right. I using +5 for pitch speed right now, but don't change your pitch speed unless you're getting too many or too few hits.

only one thing is bothering me, iam using auto baserunning...baserunning has been ridiculous..i got pierre with 6 SB and 11 CS thats too low % for him, and the problem is that from those 11 caught , about 6 were pick at first...thats away too much....also all my other players have less than 500% stole %..thats too few ...i already tried sliders at +5 and they are just getting out too many times..than i tried default and it was the best , but still not how it should be..too many outs againd..than i tried -3 and they just dont steal as many time as they should? any suggestions?
only think i could do to raise pierres % was lowering picth speed to -10...seems that with slower picthes he has more time to steal

Well, I re-define the word suckage. Just started a franchise with my Orioles using these sliders and bam!!!!! Tampa Bay scores 6 runs on 7 hits in the first inning. Looks like a long year.

Count me in as someone who's really enjoying these sliders. I had my doubts about liking HOF, but it's the way to go. Great stuff.

If I had to nit-pick, it looks like I'll never quite get realistic K totals for my pitchers, especially for my starters. A little on the low side. Anyone else noticing this? Mark Prior should have more than 2 or 3 per outing.

Overall, really enjoying it!

If a pitcher gets taken out early is because you are destroying him, if he is dominating you HE WILL DO A COMPLETE GAME or go all the way to 8th. I never had the pitcher taken out too early stuff many talk about,

That is exactly why I turn off auto baserunning when Pierre gets on base (or even a guy like Jacque Jones), speedy baserunners get picked off way to often and try to steal 3rd way too much with auto baserunning on.
