Only human contact, not AI. Pitching for me looks good as is. And human contact adjustment for me is only because I'm still trying to get better at zone hitting and moving the pci. I'm guessing at some point in the season, if I improve enough, I will probably be able to move it back down. I'll just keep an eye on the team average, which by the way is at .255 right now (real life Tigers were at .263 as of yesterday).

Really love these slider. Going to start a new franchise, I'm currently The Red Sox (43-32) but because of the realism these sliders present clash with my team
SS Reyes SP Kershaw, Strasburg, Pineada, Matt Moore, Carl Pavano
CF Ellsbury RP Mike Adams, Aroldis Chapman, Broxton
RF Kemp CP Andrew Bailey
DH Hamilton
2B Pedroia

I bumped my contact and power up 1 click, played a fantastic game of stl(me) vs. Cincinnati. Final was 6-3 stl. Both squads had 10 hits. Allen Craig had 4 RBIs on two home runs, furcal had two off a solo homer and a base hit RBI. Cinncinatti also had a brandon Phillips solo homerun. So 4 homers, 3 doubles and a triple combined. Pretty good numbersLast edited by Up and Coming; 06-08-2012, 03:53 PM.Xbox One: Up and Coming

TNK - RED SOX FRANCHISE
WASHINGTON NATIONALS @ BOSTON RED SOX
GAME #60 of the season (Pitching Matchup - Edwin Jackson vs. Daisuke Matsuzaka)
The Red Sox and Nationals play the 2nd game of this 3 game series as Daisuke Matsuzaka makes his 2012 debut against Edwin Jackson. Daisuke Matsuzaka looked strong in the 1st inning as he retired the Nationals in order. Washington had runners at the corners with one out in the top of the 2nd but Matsuzaka would strikeout Espinosa looking and get Ankiel to fly out to end the threat. Edwin Jackson pitched out of trouble in the bottom of the 2nd after giving up a leadoff double to Will Middlebrooks and we would go to the 3rd inning tied 0-0. Matsuzaka pitched a 1-2-3 inning in the top of the 3rd. The Red Sox got on the board in the bottom of the 3rd on an RBI double by Adrian Gonzalez to give the Sox a 1-0 lead after 3 innings of play. Matsuzaka pitched another 1-2-3 inning in the top of the 4th to make it 8 straight batters he has retired. Edwin Jackson set the Sox down in order in the bottom of the 4th and we would move on to the 5th inning with the Red Sox leading 1-0. Matsuzaka made it 11 straight Nationals he set down with a 1-2-3 top of the 5th. Nick Punto was hit by a pitch to leadoff the bottom of the 5th and Jacoby Ellsbury followed with a single to give the Sox two men on with nobody out. Dustin Pedroia sacrifice bunted the runners into scoring position fro the 1st out and then Adrian Gonzalez popped out to SS for the 2nd out. Jackson worked out of the jam as he struck out David Ortiz to end the inning and we wold go the 6th inning with Boston leading 1-0. Matsuzaka had retired 14 straight before issuing a two out walk to Jayson Werth in the top of the 6th. Ryan Zimmerman was up next and he grounded out to Punto at SS to end the inning and that would be the end of the day for Dice-K as he goes 6 shutout innings in his 1st start of the season. Edwin Jackson pitched another strong inning in the bottom of the 6th and we would go to the 7th inning with the Red Sox on top by a score of 1-0. Andrew Miller would come in to begin the top of the 7th and Bryce Harper would triple down the RF line with one out and then Adam Laroche would draw a walk to give the Nationals runners at the corners with one out. Danny Espinosa was up next and he singled into LF to score Harper and tie the game at 1-1. Miller would get Rick Ankiel to hit into a huge 6-4-3 double play to end the inning and escape further damage. Edwin Jackson remained in the game for the bottom of the 7th and Boston got back to back singles from Ellsbury and Pedroia forcing Nationals manager Davey Johnson out of the dugout and he made the move to lefty Tom Gorzelanny to face Adrian Gonzalez with two men on and one out. Gorzelanny would freeze Gonzalez with a filthy curveball for the 2nd out and David Ortiz would fly out to deep CF for the final out and we would head to the 8th inning tied at 1-1. Scott Atchison would come in from the Boston pen for the top of the 8th. Ian Desmond singled with one out and stole second base to get into scoring position. Jayson Werth was up next and he hit a rocket up the middle but Desmond was thrown out at the plate on a great throw from Jacoby Ellsbury for the 2nd out to keep the game tied at 1-1. Atchison would strike out Ryan Zimmerman to get out of the inning with the score still tied 1-1. Gorzelanny pitched a 1-2-3 bottom of the 8th and this game would head to the 9th inning locked in a 1-1 tie. Atchison got Mike Morse to ground out for the 1st out in the top of the 9th and Bobby Valentine would make the move to lefty Rich Hill to face Bryce Harper. Hill did his job as he got Harper to fly out and Laroche to ground out and the Red Sox would have a chance to win it in the bottom of the 9th. Tom Gorzelanny remained in the game and Ryan Sweeney drew a leadoff walk to start the bottom of the 9th and Nick Punto would follow with a single to give the Red Sox two men on with nobody out. Jacoby Ellsbury was up next and he dropped down a perfectly placed bunt and beat the throw to 1st to load the bases with nobody out for Dustin Pedroia. Nationals skipper Davey Johnson would call on Henry Rodriguez from the Washington bullpen looking for a miracle as Boston had the bases loaded a nobody out with the heart of the order coming up. Dustin Pedroia was looking to get a pitch that he could lift for a fly ball and he got just that as he drove a ball to LF that scraped off the green monster for a walkoff hit and the Red Sox win it 2-1 in the bottom of the 9th.
* Daisuke Matsuzaka was outstanding in his first start of the season going 6 shutout innings and allowing just 2 hits while striking out 4 and issuing 1 walk.
* The teams will play the rubber match of this series tomorrow with the Red Sox sending Jon Lester to the mound to face Chien-Ming Wang of the Nationals.

Re: TNK - 2012 Realism Sliders Thread
Does fielder reaction at 5 make the games realistic? A lot of slider sets I see have fielder reaction at 0.Lions ,Bills ,Red Wings ,Tigers,,WolverinesComment

Re: TNK - 2012 Realism Sliders Thread
I don't wanna see a groundball and have my fielder stand there for a second, then start to go after it.
The fielders are not a problem at all with these sliders
Have you even played a game with these yet?Comment

Re: TNK - 2012 Realism Sliders Thread
You need the right balance between reaction and fielder speed......these play fine.

Re: TNK - 2012 Realism Sliders Thread
There are a good amount of HR being hit - not too many, not too few
After 60 games in my season - Adrian Gonzalez leads my team with I think 14 or 15.....I have 3 players with 10+
I think it's Luke Scott who leads the league with 17 HR in the AL and I forget who it is that leads the NL with 20
I'll be posting another huge stats / standings / league leaders update after game #81 of my season for the midway pointComment

Re: TNK - 2012 Realism Sliders Thread
I played with these sliders, but I strike out like 12 times a game. Probably cause I bat on the pitcher view as well. Although it seems impossible to strike out any batters I faceComment

Re: TNK - 2012 Realism Sliders Thread
Craziest game I ever played, so thought I would share ... I play the Tigers and lost the last 4 of 5 games (I'm actually 3-7 in my last 10) having trouble scoring runs. I opened with a 4 run 1st and thought I could coast to a win. That was short lived as I gave up 6 on their half of the first. Anyways, I've never played a game like this. I swear, neither team could get an out. Their pitchers just kept grooving a pitch down the middle once almost every at bat. I just had to wait. It was like HR derby. And I could just not get a pitch to get them out with. There was one inning where I was on defense and had 3 double play attempts in one inning. 2 of those attempts ended with throws into the outfield for errors. I'm glad this game is over and I came away with a win, but damn this game is fun. So many tight low run games and then bang, out of no where, a game like this ...
