One thing you can do to help player morale which might help you is how you have the daily lineups setup. Look at your upcoming game to see if the SP is right or left handed and if it's a DH game or not. After that go to the lineup menu screen and arrange the lineups to specifically help for the next game. It doesn't matter how jacked up looking the other 3 lineups are as long as you can get as much morale boost as you can get for the next upcoming game. In case you didn't know, the lineup position and how often a player is in the 4 lineups can make a big difference to player morale. Example, you could have a 1st baseman set to play catcher in the 3 other lineups in the 3rd position which sounds stupid if he's normally your 7th hitter, but none of that matters if you can get a big rating boost for the lineup of your next upcoming game. I always "rig" the lineups for the next game. I never set all 4 of them individually with the intention of leaving them that way.
