Play him. He has no trade value unless he is a B or A potential. He should go up in ratings if you do well with him.

He actually does have pretty good trade value as I've already looked into it. But I am inclined to hang onto him and see how it turns out.

Another thing , if he is already 75 rated than that means once you actually bring him up and slot him in the lineup he will turn into a 80+ rated player with that morale boost . That's a nice player to have regardless if he grows or not , just stick him in and watch him grow and perform well with those attributes of his already .

Ok you make good points. He is certainly an intriguing prospect. With his ratings he could play in the big leagues right now. But I think I'll follow a more traditional path with him just to keep it more believable. But as Armor often says it is my universe. Thanks for your input.

Armor, I'm not sure what I should try now because I'm still knocking the cover off the ball and consistently blowing teams out halfway through May.



My enjoyment of the game is really starting to take a hit, which sucks because I truly love playing this game other than how badly I keep annihilating my opponent.



I feel stuck now since I'm playing at 10/9 pitch speeds and have followed your advice to a tee this whole time.



Is there anything else that you think could help me out or should I just ride it out?

I’m not one to condone anything on anybody’s slider thread..but I went to legend using armors exact hitting sliders and it’s been amazing. Speeds at 6/5. I’ve scored 15 in a game vs Detroit and have been shutout vs giolito.

Need some help. I was about to start a game and was called upstairs by my wife. When I came back down our stupid cat had stepped on my power bar and turned the tv and ps4 off. When I turned it back on the game took me right back to the start just like I had just installed the game - asking me what my level was, my favourite team, etc. And the 2 profiles for my 30-team control were not set up properly and my sliders were all set back to default. So now what do I do? Do I simply put the sliders back to way they are in Armour’s v3 and change my profiles back and continue my franchise? Or do I uninstall the game and start completely over? Not sure I am confident in continuing my franchise thinking something isn’t right now. This has never happened before. The power bar has been shut off before but it has never taken me back to the very start like it did this time. What do I do?

I use these sliders, on HOF. LOVE the results.

I did a fantasy draft, relocation when 20 came out.

I drafted all SP's and RP's with the first 10 rounds. Tried to get all the top ones that are 25 or younger.

Then I filled the rest of the lineup with guys that can play some defense. And I am ROLLING right now.

I find these random no-name players off of other team's rosters, C and D rated players that can really play, that I don't have to pay much. They each do SOMETHING really well.

And with that I am 12-3 to start the season.

Dude, what kind of question is that? It’s mind boggling when people come here to ask questions like that. Put the sliders back in and profiles back in and keep playing. What do you think you’re playing a whole new game now or something? I still don’t understand this question. Why in Gods name would you delete the game?

I'm just a bit concerned on the hitting statistics I'm getting and would like some feedback. This is my first time playing all 162 games and just want to confirm that the stats I'm getting are realistic. I'll go over my lineup and their general stats:

As of May 22nd

Nick Williams - 14 HR, 28 RBI, .309 AVG
Jean Segura - 3 HR, 11 RBI, .282 AVG
Bryce Harper - 22 HR, 40 RBI, .291 AVG
Rhys Hoskins - 12 HR, 34 RBI, .232 AVG
J.T. Realmuto - 8 HR, 20 RBI, .266 AVG
Andrew McCutchen - 7 HR, 17 RBI, .237 AVG
Addison Russell - 2 HR, 4 RBI, .264 AVG
Scott Kingery - 4 HR, 16 RBI, .191 AVG

Currently, I'm 2nd in the league in home runs. But I think most of these guys' stats look accurate. Scarily accurate, in some cases. I'm hung up on Harper though. At this pace, he would tie the single season home run record. Should I just play through it and keep with the storyline or look to make adjustments in the sliders/settings? For reference, the next highest HR total in the league is Trout with 19, which is relatively close...

Are you winning alot of games/blowouts, or is your record pretty expected?

I'd suggest playing thru it w/ the sliders if the games are enjoyable to you. You will hit cold streaks, especially when you start facing tougher teams.

For reference I use the Phillies in Franchise too, almost at the end of July. Only 2 games up on the Nats(Only beaten them twice out of 7 games?) for the division lead. Here's Harper's stats:

.337 Avg, 2nd in the whole league
35 HRs, most in the league by 3 HRs, I'd say he had 30 at the All Star break

Definitely went thru some slumps with him, so they'll happen. I'm just considering it as him having an MVP, almost Triple Crown year for storyline.

Stick with it, your #'s for Harper aren't far off from mine. He is a beast in the game that's for sure. Anything close to the middle of the zone from a RHP and I square it up with him? Almost a HR every time.

The cold streak and slump will happen though.

And welpppp, fffffffuuuuu....as I'm playing a game, Harper slides in to home and gets an injury. Looks like he will miss sometime. Damn what a curveball the game just threw at me.

It asked me that the other day when it asked me to sign in the network and I didn’t do it. It asked me what level and deleted all the profiles. I signed in to the PlayStation network and then it was fine and everything was back. My guess is it signed you out and now it thinks you are a guest or a new player.

Yes, it is okay. Sign back in and you should have all your profiles set to where they were. But everything is still there.

Ughhh I had to restart and redo everything for my relocation and rebranding of the Marlins to Sauga City . I had made some mistakes that you don't realize until u actually start the season and get into the menus and games . Luckily I had only played the first 6 games but still sucks cus I had a 3-3 record and some good stats with certain players . I didn't feel like replaying those games again so this time I just simmed the first 6 games and moved on . So now we head to Atlanta for our first road games and what a beating we put on the Braves with our beautiful away uniforms . Alcantara was in ACE mode for this one and our offense did the rest . A Great beat down of the Braves , enjoy .
