Saw nobody answered you and I use manual injuries sometimes. You have to go to settings and where you toggle Injuries to on, off, or manual.

Then go to the injuries list, toggle over with R1 until you get to the manual injury list…from there you should be able to figure it out.

That’s what I remember from the top of my head at least. Not infront of the game right now!

Also for whatever reason this cycle has been harder for me to injure players in franchise. I have been running a 30 team franchise as long as i can remember and have never had issues.

For some reason this year after i created my franchise i had to delete my cpu profile and create a new one with manual injuries and assign it for it to work.

I havent seen any topics on this so I probably was missing a setting but usually havent had issues with past iterations.

You have to put those other teams on auto for those specific items.

I must be missing something. I am using the Orioles. When I have them selected, under settings > user settings > mode-specific - everything is on manual. If I back out to the franchise home screen, change teams to anyone else, and enter the same menu everything is still manual. At the very top center of the screen it shows “settings preset: User” which is weird because when I go to “preset associations” it shows all other teams set up with my “CPU franchise” setting which has everything turned to auto.

So when entering the mode specific screen as another team, I can hit square and change the settings to the “CPU franchise” preset which changes everything to auto. I exit, hit apply changes. But then it just resets back to user setting with manual options. If I change it to CPU franchise profile like previously, exit the screen and select “use as default” it saves it but then when change back to the orioles it’s under the CPU franchise profile. Like, it won’t let me keep the other teams on that profile while keeping my Orioles on the user profile.

Thanks for your reply. I tried to put a rule 5 guy in the minors or injure him, but the only options are to edit him or sort. I guess they have to stay on the mlb roster

When you go into settings make sure you hit L1/R1 to cycle through the different profiles you have created and you can adjust the settings under those profiles or in the mode specific setting.

Yes! I actually changed my hitting camera and I am really enjoying it more. It practically looks the same os Retro except I am more level to the strike zone and ever so slightly zoomed in a tad but I still see the beautiful park backdrops and my full batter stance.

Post #2 has our Yankees News Wire for both our current 2025 Yankees Year and later this year our 1985 Yankees Franchise which will also be a multi year journey.

I tried catcher near (from strike zone 3) and I can't seem to judge speed. I've been on strike zone 3 for several years.

I played with the Retro cam since I can't remember! And here you are, making a change to your camera. I said to myself : "Why don't you give it a go, just for fun, it's working well with the sliders, you don't lose anything with the cam!"

Played 6 games with Kirby Puckett (RTTS) at the AA level and can't say if I was dreaming but went 15 for 28, with 2 HR and 10 RBI.

Where we're you all those years?!?! Nevermind, thanks for the suggestion, it's working fine for me (if it last, perhaps that was beginner's luck!)

Holy h*ll!!! I jumped off of fish eye 2 that I have used since day one of it to catcher near…I’m very impressed with this view!!! I can say after fish eye 2 you have to really adjust lol

Seems spot on to me with stamina of 69. Today IRL they pulled him after 5 innings, 2 hits and 6 SOs and 73 pitches..maybe bump his stamina a bit if you want?

I have found a pitcher gets tired at the same # of pitches as their stamina rating (at default). Each increase to the slider will add about 10 pitches to their stamina before getting tired. I’m clean screen classic and tap the pitch button. The observations above is what I’ve noticed over last few years.

Catcher near (formerly the MLB 15 cam) was my go to camera for many years.
