    there are mount visits.

also can we get better AI for the defense? for ex. when a chopper is hit right in front of the catcher, the catcher would often try to bare hand it. why not catch with your glove and then throw? also if you have time to get him out, take a few steps and then throw instead of getting those ugly throws while hes turning etc. also the defenders should know when to get rid of the ball hurriedly and not. when the outfielder gets the ball that bounces off the wall and theres a runner heading towards home, sometimes he will just casually lob it back to the cutoff man. they should know when to hurry up and when not too.

Please get rid of the chase cam following the batter after he hits the ball. Worthless!

      60 frames per second

Not sure if this was mentioned, a batter's post swing camera would help if recalling i swung too early or late to a pitch. That small corner cam in MVP baseball really helped me to adjust the timing of my swing, especially with today's swing stick mechanic.

Something really small but it'd be nice to change stadiums during a season/franchise game.

            Two big things for me.

First, and foremost, more intuitive batting. It's depressing going back to MVP considering how much better the batting is. When I drive the ball to the gap in MVP, it's because I got my pitch and timed it up right. When I went the other way in MVP, I waited on the pitch and drove it. In 2k7, I could get a low and away pitch, swing up for a pull, and crank it out of the park, no matter how deep into the strikezone the pitch already was. It feels way to based on stats, and not on the players timing. Of course, in order for this to work, the ability to read pitches better needs to somehow be implemented. I think i've literally made contact with maybe 10 breaking balls since I got the game. Very frustrating.

Secondly, pitchers using the WHOLE strikezone. It seemed like no matter who I faced, 95 percent of pitches were low and away, right on the corner. Didn't matter how good of control the pitcher had, he still nailed the corner every time. I'd REALLY like to see pitchers pitch how they do in real life. Have power guys come up and in on you and make you uneasy. Then, hit the low and away corner with some offspeed pitches.

Overall, I guess I just really want the pitcher/batter mechanic replaced with MVP's, but that won't happen

A little off topic, but other than the hard drive capacity, what is the difference between the 360 and the elite? I don't know where else to ask this question. I got the 3 rings of death 2 weeks ago and took it back to Best Buy and they said just grab another one. Today I was in there and they had the elites on sale, if it was two weeks ago I might have upgraded for 80 dollars.

More throwing errors by cpu infielders.

Lose batter chase camera - the one that follows him down the line after a hit.

Let the animations play out...users will X through them if they don't want to see them. Don't snap out of anims...looks horrible.

                    better generic faces.
and i got an idea for franchise.
how about you get an option that you can turn on to reflect real-life trades if you cant fix the franchise AI? have it connected to mlb or something and do that. but now that i think of it that would mean you cant make any moves your self but atleast the CPU teams wont self-destruct themseleves.

Don't create 50 new generic faces, just use what is available...
All-Star Baseball offered 600 faces each one unique...

These 600 scanned faces were from all the current Major League
                      baseball players...

When you created or edited a player, you could add any face from 600,
just scroll through the faces until you found the one your looking for...

ASB also would let you do this throughout your season, so if you ran across
a better looking match, you could find the number of that face and change to that face...

The standard procedure is to offer 50 or so faces 15 or so for each race...
If your creating a league full of the best players of each franchise,
you get many repeats on every team, it takes away the authenticity
                      and variety of the individuals...

                        blend in injuries with gameplay
or example when an outfielder crashes into the wall and gets hurt, he shouldnt be able to make the throw back into the outfield because hes hurt. Frustrating, but realistic.
also player specific attitudes please...im tired of seeing albert pujols who is one of the nicest people in the game today arguing with tony larussa. also can power hitters or slow players just jog down to first if its a ground ball and going to be a ground out?
just a few things to make the game more realistic.

Just a friendly reminder, as I know this has been brought up many times..

It would be great if we would have a larger choice of uniforms, that we could pick from for both home and away teams before each game..Plus Classic Stadiums that we can use in our Season and Franchise modes...

These two things would be greatly appreciated...

                          Scooter...

Oh one more thing PLEASE offer your great list of legends in Season and Franchise...

I'm COMPLETELY agree with you there. I know I've seen a few home-runs that were hit off the handle and I dont think I've ever seen that in real life. The hitting just needs to be more realistic but as you said, reading what kind of pitch you're getting, how fast it is and where it's gonna be is verrrrrrrrrrrrry difficult. So as a whole, hitting needs to be better.

Fix the home run distances. Hitting a ball right over a 330 foot fence should not be 384 feet.

Much the same, allow for the stadiums to be more massive. If you've ever read my posts in the past, you'll know what I mean. I don't just mean the fields, I mean the entire seating area. Play All Star Baseball to see what I mean.
