Since 2K failed to even release a patch for the PC last year, consider yourself lucky if they ever release one at all. Sadly, PCs are more complicated to program for than consoles. And since PC sales are hardly even a blip on the sales numbers, 2K will not spend a lot of resources on that version.

It may not be fair, but it's reality. I would be surprised if 2K sold 10K copies of the PC version. Your options are to accept it and wait, or get mad and refuse to buy 2K products ever again. But since there are so few of you, 2K is still not going to sweat losing your business.

Or 2K Sports could just stop releasing it for PC sincE they're not gonna support it in a professional manner.

2kSports needs to take notes from the way the show does it.

They just need to care more. They need to care thoroughly. They can't just ignore the PC version because it brings them the least money. That's stupid. If that's how they operate, then they should just stop making it for PC. The game has needed a patch for months now. We've been waiting and waiting and waiting. People are losing interest. I have.

Its not stupid. Its smart buisness. It maybe unfair but there not making video games to make people happy,they dont get paid in happy.
Think about it, if you sold computer keyboards and you had 1 million people buy PC keyboards,and 100 buy MAC keyboards.Theres a problem with the software thats gonna take alot of manpower and money to fix.The MAC is much more complicate to fix and WAY FEWER people have it.Is it smart to spend that much money to fix a problem that affects so few people.In all honesty no they can take their time cause like the person said before,they dont sweat losing the buisness from them because its like 1% of their income.They will first put all effort into fixing the cash cow then after use what they have left on the 1%,maybe.
Also it is possible that they would lose more money fixing the MAC than they would if no one ever bought another MAC keyboard again.
That is why they diddnt not give it the same attention as 360/PS3.No successful company would ever go along the line of thinking that the 1% is just as important as the 99%,because it simply doesnt make sense.

We're not sticking up for 2K Sports. But if you want to predict how well a company will treat you, you need to see how important you are to their base. As a PC gamer, you about as close to the bottom of the barrel as you can get.

My guess is that the only reason 2K puts out a PC game is that they are required to do so in accordance to their license with MLB. There is no way that they view a PC game as even having a chance at being profitable. Not only are the sales horrible, PCs are far more of a pain to develop for.

I'm surprised 2K even makes a PC version of their franchises. EA Sports stopped with the 08 season of titles. PC players need to be thankful for that or else go buy a console.
