Thats nice. If you are like me, you live in a neighborhood where Blockbuster has apparently crushed all competition. None of them are also carrying this game as is the case with March Madness in case you were going to say its too soon for them to have the game.

Please tell me you're not serious.

My God! EA isn't defrauding anyone! Do you have even a vague concept of what the BBB is actually for?!?

                            Return. The. Game.

Return it and get what $30 in trade in value for an open game? Come on Fossen 10 position players in year 2 on every CPU controlled team and no player progression. I think we deserve an answer from EA

Then get pissed at EA. Or get pissed at the game store you purchased from, and their return policy.

But the Better Business Bureau? That's utterly ridiculous.

You paid money for a game that you don't like. Move on.

Do you call the BBB when you pay $10 for a movie, and hate it? Or when you buy an album that you don't like, you call the company to complain, hoping they'll release a "patch"?

BTW - I bought the game on both platforms, and decided to stick with the Xbox version. I sold my PS2 copy for $44.95, losing a whole $5 on the deal.

An implied warranty is that a product will work for its intended purpose. Here we have an issue and here is where your analogies fall short. Comparing a movie is apples and oranges.

                            <hr /></blockquote><font class="post">

Sorry - my analogy is correct.

Franchise mode works. You can play 120 years, if so desired.

You just don't like the way it works. You feel they didn't do a good job with it - but the feature is there as promised.

                            <hr /></blockquote><font class="post">

Okay, so how did this rather large flaw escape critique from the reviewers on this site? Fear of EA or complete incompetence by the reviewer?
