Up the CPU pitching sliders? Btw I love your sliders man. A good 10 friends of mine are using them also lol.

I just played a game with the CPU pitcher ball rate slider at 0 (default) and it was much harder to draw walks as expected although I did get 3 walks and could have gotten as many as 4 to 6. The CPU pitcher ball rate set at 8 is too high and it possible to get way too many walks without ever swinging the bat. When it is set at 0 it is still possible to draw walks but you must be patient and the CPU will not throw ball after ball after ball like before. Try adusting the CPU pitcher ball rate slider to 0 (default) and I think you will find it more realistic.

I started a dynasty and figured I could see how realist the stats are over a few games and I'm pleased so far. I'm only 1-3, but 3 have been by 2 runs or less and the only bad game I got shut out 5-0 by Contreras. The only bad thing is just about all the runs I've given up have been homeruns but I should get better hopefully, lost my last game cause Omar Infante hit a grand slam, but that didn't bother me as much as some of the others because it was a full count and I had to throw a strike.

Def. turn it off. I'm playing on PC and there is no vibration using a PS2 controller.

Thanks for the feedback fellas, new set this weekend with more addressed such as baserunner speed, steals, and so forth...

I don't what most of you are talking about but I steal quite easily with Cliff Floyd who has a 65 speed rating. The sliders are almost perfect. The cpu does seem to get most of its runs on homeruns and I have been able to give up more than 8 hits a game plus walking a few batters per game. I haven't noticed the cpu taking a lot of called third strikes. I think some of you play one game with Pared's sliders and then assume there is something wrong. You have to play at least 10 games to find the flaws. For basestealing, just take a huge lead and you'll be fine. The speed of the fielders are fine. The only problem I have is starting pitchers who in real life have great endurance tire too quickly even with the pitch count at 60.

Are you "The H" over @ MVPmods? Anyway, I'm shocked LOWERING CPU contact has helped... but yes, you are right, there needs to be some balance with CPU swing frequency. Go lower than -25 and the third strike problem gets worse. Go higher and the CPU is too first pitch swing happy. -25 right now is a happy medium, IMO, but I'm hoping we can get it even better! Let me know if you find anything.

Nope, that's not me! Anyway, I lowered the CPU batting contact to 8, and itr seems to have helped somewhat in regards to first pitch swinging. Some games, I'll tremendously realistic pitch counts, and other games they are lower than what they should be. Still tinkering with it a bit, though.
