Just tried the adjustments to CPU fielder speed and noticed quite a difference...grounders that would've been inning ending DPs on default sneak through for hits! And it's not like -5 IF speed is that huge a difference. Games were pretty close on Default for me, but I'd only get 2 - 4 hits a game to the CPU's 8 - 12. Banged out 13 (and five BB, none intentional) vs Florida (and they got 10 with C Delgado eating a fastball) for a nice All Star Win (9 - 3).

There! Here is a list of improvements this version addresses:

-Stealing. Better catchers can actually get the fast runners.
-Double Plays: Transitions, and chances of completion
-Offensive production and more varied games.
-Pitch counts refined.
-Runner aggression - produces more movement by the CPU on the field
-CPU contact and power balance. Make sure to waste pitches to setup the CPU batters or you will PAY!
-Fielder injuries lessened.

Some notes:

-I have not done any testing on any other levels, as I still have much more to look at on the All-Star level.
-Pitch counts will vary depending on your patience at the plate.
-Some sliders have a zero value b/c they really do not need tweaking.
-The set has taken shape and is very much close to completion.
