What stamina % do you consider your pitcher tired and ready to come out?

I just played my first game using your sliders.....pretty nice.

Yanks (me) v. Jays

Lost 2-1 in 11 innings. Rivera blew the save in the 10th.
I had 8 hits, cpu had 10. I need to work on hitting though...had 13 K's. I struck them out only 5 times.

I took Johnson out in the 7th....stamina was near 50% but the Jays were starting to hit him. He had a no no thru 5 though.

I really enjoyed the game...especailly the no strike zone. I have never played that way....really fun...and hard. I just need practice.

I did not notice any glaring probs...Jeter had the only error. He also stole one and got caught once.

One game is certainly not enough to judge...but just thought I would give my 2 cents.

Just finished my first game with the sliders as well. Wade Miller vs. Rich Harden in Oakland. I won 6-1 picking up 10 hits and committing 2 errors. They only had 7 hits, and 1 hit through 5.

One great thing...Harden was at 100 pitches through 7 thanks to some patience. He did strike me out 10 times so I guess my patience led to a lot of 2 strike counts which I'll get better in.

An area of concern is that I'm still able to turn on inside fastballs a little too easily and wanted to know if upping the cpu pitch speed would make it harder for me. I know last year it affected how far the ball travels and other aspects of gameplay, so what do you think? I may have to make pitching a little harder too, as all my hours of play last year have me wanting a very challenging game this year. And MVP is somewhat unrealistic as you hardly see any fastballs from the CPU pitcher. (Beat Schmidt and the Giants 1-0 in 11 on MVP)

All in all, fantastic as always. Much more enjoyable than the generic sliders, even though they were much "closer" this year. Thanks again Pared, can't wait for your revisions.

I've been taking a look at pitch speed as well... I have a feeling we're all just getting used to it now... so I'll look into it... but that pitch count is similar to what, with patience, you should be seeing!

Yeah at first, the pitcher is much bigger and seems closer from last year, so that was worth some adjusting. Pitch speed could just be the "foul shot difficulty" slider for MVP!

I have a question for anyone using these. Have you had a fast runner get thrown out at 1B by the RF yet? If so how often and about how many games with these sliders have you played?

I havn't yet and it hasn't even been close. I saw other people mention it so tried throwing to first everytime the ball is hit to RF. The runners have been well past the bag by the time the ball gets there.

I've played about 5 games with these sliders.
