Clippard perhaps. I always thought the Yanks brought him up to showcase him more than anything, with the long term plan to move him mid-season.

I'm not sure how strong the Yanks feel about his long-term potential though. They may want to hang on to him.

Red Sox are very close to getting Dye, for Delcarmen (would've rather had Hansen dealt) and Pena.

Gagne is down to Red Sox and Brewers.

It's been reported that Theo told the CWS they were dreaming if they thought DelCarmen would be going. Who knows how true it is... But according to the talking heads on BBTN it is WMP/Hansen.

The Rangers really gotta get on the ball... they still have to get rid of Wilkerson, Laird, Sosa, and Otsuka, though i believe they're stuck with him because of his injury.

Yep...just waiting on Gagne to waive his no-trade clause.

That would be a great pick-up for the Sox if he can remain healthy. Okajima, Gagne and Papelbon as their back three?

Think after this Gagne they are done. Chances of Wilkerson, laird, and Sosa being traded from the beginning were very small.

I like Otsuka so I don't want to see him traded especially since we are getting rid of Gagne.
