holy mother of god ... i give myself about a 50/50 chance of making it through this post season without having a major, life-threatening heart attack if the Cubs keep playing games like this. I need more game 2s please!!

Okay, I finally can agree with all you Dusty bashers. Just dumb to pitch to Ivan Rodriguez with 2 out and first base open with the go ahead run in scoring position. The man has been on fire the whole post season.

Cubs are in serious trouble if they continue on this path and blow this game. With the two pitchers we got going in games 4 and 5, this series may end in Florida. Cubs need to step it up and play hungry.

This is Dusty. He rolls the dice. He also called that hit and run with Glanville, a guy with one hit in his career against Looper. You gotta take the good with the bad when dealing with Dusty. He makes mistakes, but he seems to make more good decisions than bad. Bottom line, we're two games away from the World Series, just be thankful!

Give me a break, no pitcher is perfect

Borowski comes in with a runner on 2nd and loses the save by giving up a RBI single to Hollandsworth (a former RoY) after a fierce battle.

Hardly a reason he to say "he should not pitch to a single batter again".

This was not a pampered closer situtation like Gagne always gets, coming in to start the 9th with nobody on. The only closers nowadays that get tossed into a mess like Joe did are Rivera & Smoltz, pretty fine company if you ask me.

Sweaty Joe gave them them 2 scoreless innings after that, when Dusty had boxed himself in and could not do any more double-switches. I think Borowski did great and was a big part of the victory
