And it always seems to be in their native Latin country too. Makes one wonder if driving over there is much more dangerous than here. Oscar Tavares and a few others have suffered the same fate.

According to ESPN, they were leaving a stadium in Caracas after playing a game, and crashed after swerving around object, apparently placed there by highway bandits, who then robbed Valbuena and Castillo.
Also the bandits had been arrested and found with valuables belonging to the two players.Boston Red Sox

It's not particularly possible to "do something" about this, especially in probably the worst country in the western hemisphere.
It's just the way it is. Obviously car crashes can happen anywhere, but being set up.....that's just disgusting. Wish these ballplayers would stop going home. But what are you gonna do, tell them to not go back to the country they were born and raised in, particularly in the case of Castillo who probably didn't make too much money in his career? Impossible.Comment

I honestly don't even know what changed.
Yeah, I see the Liberty Bell in the background, but it's not like that's going on the front of the jersey, right? If it is then I understand people's concern.
But I see no difference in the lettering or color scheme outside of that. What else has changed, and where will we see those effects take place?
EDIT: Oooh, the other was wrapped around a baseball diamond, that's what you meant. Yeah, I like the older one much more.
