If they trade Freddie...they may not have any fans left.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Vizcaino,Teheran and/or Miller would be great pickups.

        Teheran really isn't that good

Would still be a good pickup for mid-back end of the rotation, especially for a guy making just over 28M over next 4 years.

I had a dream like a month ago that we traded Trumbo, Paxton, and 2 random prospects (one of which might not have been real lmao) for Freeman and Teheran.........

^^^^^ For the record, I wouldn't want to take that deal if I'm the Mariners. I think we should do that Paxton/Gardner trade that's rumored, we need a lead off guy to hit in front of Seager/Cano/Cruz. Also it would allow us to move Marte to 8th/9th in the lineup for next year.

There are only 5 first basemen who have hit more doubles through their age-25 season than Freddie Freeman.

                  Albert Pujols
                  Hal Trosky
                  Orlando Cepeda
                  Jimmie Foxx
                  Lou Gehrig

That's it. That's the list. Only one of those isn't a Hall of Famer.

And I would debate that because of semantics. I can't see how Pujols doesn't make it to the HOF after he is done playing.

If you're not giving up Walker that's a steal and Dipoto should do it yesterday.

I was counting Pujols lol. Hal Trosky isn't in the HoF.

Hmm...well still. I thought it was Trosky at first but figured it was Pujols after because he was still playing.

Technicalities. The only thing keeping Pujols from the Hall is retirement and the waiting period haha.

Mark Buehrle either gonna retire or pitch for the Cards.

Buehrle and Price both possibly ending up in St.Louis..as if they need more starters.

Lyons,Garcia,Lynn. At least 1 of those guys surely will be dealt if Cards do sign a SP. Probably leaning most towards Garcia given that the 2 SP on their radar are lefties and Garcia makes about 20M over next 2 years.

Lynn is out for the year. He had TJ last week.
