The thinking is that he will be traded before the 10 days pass where another club can claim him. There may already be a trade worked out?

Dickerson will be a nice pickup for someone. No doubt about it. Would expect the Rays to workout a trade with someone. No way they can let him go without getting a return.

Rays clearly not happy about all the attention the Marlins are getting for sucking, so want part of that action.

Colome surely next out the door with Archer and Souza not far behind. Kiermaiers contract is great so he maybe stays, but he'd be worth a lot more just about anywhere else, the value of a ridiculous CF is pretty minimal when you trade away all your bats and arms

Well the baseball season is over before it even started for me. Knowing the Rays they are probably going to trade Archer next and then I wouldn't be surprised if they traded all the other big names.
