Re: 4/23 - 5/6 Game Discussion Thread
I gotta agree with Roberts as well, especially if it has been an issue in the past. That ball was hit in a spot where it should've been a triple standing up. Bellinger isn't a 30ft/sec guy, but he isn't Bartolo Colon either. He definitely should have been at 3rd on that play. He jogged all the way to 2nd before the cutoff man had the ball. If he was running full speed I don't see how it isn't a triple.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

For the record, his speed on The Show is a 1, while Albert Pujols is a whopping ZERO. Seager out for the year. Turner, Puig, Hill, Forsythe on the DL.
It's going to be a long year now. We just lost an 11.5 WAR player (last 2 seasons).Last edited by ShowTyme15; 04-30-2018, 07:58 PM.Comment

He's been dealing with this issue for a year and a half so it's not really surprising. Just came at a bad time. That's one of the reasons he's struggled at the plate.

I'm assuming Rizzo has the longest leash on the team in terms of production, but this is getting kinda bad with his slump. How much longer before he gets a couple days off to clear his head?
Also, I can't stand Sutcliffe and Eduardo. They are both awful in the booth. Stupid blackout keeping me from listening to Len and JD.Comment

Hate the news about Seager...one of the best young players and we lose him for a year.
This is how good baseball is; no other sport loses star players to injury like baseball does, and yet it continues to flourish. Sure wish I could turn injuries off, though."People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring." - Rogers HornsbyComment
