It's good to see Schill with the multiple F-Bombs even when he isn't pitching.

Ouch, not where you wanna get hit by a pitch. Papelbon looks vulnerable today.

Hopefully Pap settles down and gets these last couple outs.

And Paps comes up yet again.

Bye bye Foulke as our closer.

Nice, he got out of it. Probably the effects of saving a one-run game the night before where Paps clearly was throwing with max effort. Good thing they have a day off tomorrow.

How about this start to the season?! 6-1 with some dominating pitching performances through-out.

I think Papelbon probably feels more comfortable with Varitek behind the plate to. Tek just knows what to do in situations.

I wouldn't say that at all. He's looking better and better, and their really isn't a huge reason for him not to return to his closer role if he is back to being effective. Their is a great chance one our of starters could go down and Pap would need to fill that role.

Oops, typo. I was thinking 5-1. If Beckett duplicates his Texas start they'll be 6-1 though. I'm definitly cutting class to watch that one!

Anyone else really happy seeing Millar in the opposing team's dugout this weekend?!
